【摘要】：正國務(wù)院辦公廳文件國辦發(fā)[2016]84號各省、自治區(qū)、直轄市人民政府,國務(wù)院各部委、各直屬機(jī)構(gòu):近年來,隨著大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬眾創(chuàng)新的深入推進(jìn),越來越多的農(nóng)民工、中高等院校畢業(yè)生、退役士兵和科技人員等返鄉(xiāng)下鄉(xiāng)人員到農(nóng)村創(chuàng)業(yè)創(chuàng)新,為推進(jìn)農(nóng)業(yè)供給側(cè)結(jié)構(gòu)性改革、活躍農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)揮了重要作用。返鄉(xiāng)下鄉(xiāng)人員創(chuàng)業(yè)創(chuàng)新,有利于將現(xiàn)代科技、生
[Abstract]:The State Council General Office [2016] 84 people's governments, autonomous regions, municipalities directly under the Central Government, ministries and commissions of the State Council, and institutions directly under the Central Government: in recent years, with the further development of mass entrepreneurship and innovation, more and more migrant workers have been working. Middle and high school graduates, retired soldiers and science and technology personnel returning to the countryside to start a business innovation in rural areas, for promoting the agricultural supply-side structural reform, active rural economy has played an important role.
