【摘要】：人力資源管理在上世紀80年代面臨一種重大轉(zhuǎn)變,由此進入了戰(zhàn)略性人力資源管理的黃金時期。就當前來說,不管我們承不承認,我們已經(jīng)進入互聯(lián)網(wǎng)時代,互聯(lián)網(wǎng)改變了人們的工作和生活方式,也改變著當前的商業(yè)環(huán)境,不可避免,戰(zhàn)略性人力資源管理面臨新的挑戰(zhàn)。在這樣一個背景下,本文以科盛育種中心為例,深入剖析了其存在的問題:總體上公司人力資源處于一種低效率狀態(tài),不能很好的服務(wù)于公司戰(zhàn)略,實現(xiàn)公司的價值創(chuàng)造。究其原因:第一,人力資源管理基本沒有戰(zhàn)略概念,目標不明確,處于一種基礎(chǔ)性工作階段。這導致人力資源管理不能很好的為公司價值創(chuàng)造服務(wù);第二,戰(zhàn)略性人力資源管理體系欠缺,各項機制、制度不健全,這導致公司管理處于一種無秩序狀態(tài),所以人力資源管理效率低下;第三,缺乏人力資源管理平臺和手段,導致各項管理工作不順暢,甚至無法開展,這也是人力資源管理又一重要原因;第四,戰(zhàn)略性人力資源管理體系陳舊,無法適應(yīng)新的商業(yè)環(huán)境;第五,戰(zhàn)略性人力資源管理錯位,導致抓不住重點。因此,公司應(yīng)該突出戰(zhàn)略性人力資源管理,并構(gòu)建相應(yīng)、服務(wù)于真實商業(yè)需求戰(zhàn)略性人力資源管理機制體系。本文分為五章:第一章論述了研究背景、意義、研究方法,以及國內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀;第二章闡述了戰(zhàn)略性人力資源管理的相關(guān)理論;第三章重點論述了科盛育種中心的人力資源管理現(xiàn)狀;第四章是在人力資源管理現(xiàn)狀的基礎(chǔ)上提出了戰(zhàn)略性人力資源管理的優(yōu)化方案;第五章為戰(zhàn)略性人力資源管理運行機制。
[Abstract]:Human resource management was faced with a great change in 1980's, and thus entered the golden period of strategic human resource management. For now, whether we admit it or not, we have entered the Internet era, the Internet has changed the way people work and live, and also the current business environment, inevitably, strategic human resources management is facing new challenges. Under such a background, this paper takes Kesheng breeding center as an example, deeply analyzes its existing problems: overall, the human resources of the company are in a state of low efficiency, which can not serve the company strategy well and realize the value creation of the company. The reasons are as follows: first, human resource management has no strategic concept, and its goal is not clear, so it is in a basic stage of work. As a result, human resource management can not well serve the value creation of the company. Secondly, the strategic human resources management system is deficient, various mechanisms and systems are not perfect, which results in the company management being in a state of disorder. Therefore, the efficiency of human resources management is low; third, the lack of human resources management platform and means leads to a lack of smooth or even impossible management work, which is another important reason for human resources management; fourth, The strategic human resource management system is old and unable to adapt to the new business environment. Therefore, the company should highlight the strategic human resource management, and build a corresponding strategic human resources management system to serve the real business needs. This paper is divided into five chapters: the first chapter discusses the research background, significance, research methods, as well as the current situation of research at home and abroad, the second chapter describes the relevant theories of strategic human resources management; The third chapter focuses on the current situation of human resource management in Kesheng breeding Center; the fourth chapter puts forward the optimization scheme of strategic human resource management on the basis of the present situation of human resource management; the fifth chapter is the operational mechanism of strategic human resource management.
