農(nóng)民工的“平凡世界”與幸福感——兼對“Easterlin悖論”的一個(gè)驗(yàn)證

【摘要】:基于中國健康與營養(yǎng)調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),本文實(shí)證研究發(fā)現(xiàn),農(nóng)民工幸福感毫不遜色于城市居民。農(nóng)民工幸福感存在"Easterlin悖論",即收入的增加不能提升他們的幸福感。農(nóng)民工幸福感由西部地區(qū)向東部地區(qū)呈現(xiàn)梯度上升的特征,且這一特征與區(qū)域工資上升無關(guān)。如今的農(nóng)民工更加關(guān)注工作的本身,從事"體面"工作的農(nóng)民工幸福感要明顯高于其他農(nóng)民工,其中原因并非收入的作用,而是一些非收入因素的影響,尤其是閑暇帶來的更多幸福感增進(jìn)。除此以外,企業(yè)所有制、健康人力資本等一些其他非收入因素的影響也較為明顯,均有助于提升農(nóng)民工幸福感。論文最后提出政府應(yīng)從農(nóng)民工就業(yè)環(huán)境監(jiān)管、產(chǎn)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型與農(nóng)民工培訓(xùn)、財(cái)政補(bǔ)貼農(nóng)民工享有城市基本公共服務(wù)等角度提升農(nóng)民工幸福感,并且也闡述了研究結(jié)論對于推進(jìn)農(nóng)民工市民化所具有的政策啟示意義。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of China Health and Nutrition Survey, the empirical study shows that the well-being of migrant workers is no less than that of urban residents. There is a Easterlin paradox in the well-being of migrant workers, that is, the increase in income does not improve their well-being. The well-being of migrant workers from the western region to the eastern region shows the characteristics of gradient rise, and this feature has nothing to do with the rise of regional wages. Nowadays, migrant workers pay more attention to the job itself. The happiness of migrant workers engaged in "decent" work is significantly higher than that of other migrant workers, not because of the role of income, but because of some non-income factors. In particular, leisure brings more happiness. In addition, some other non-income factors, such as enterprise ownership, healthy human capital, etc. Finally, the paper proposes that the government should promote the well-being of migrant workers from the perspectives of supervision of the employment environment, industrial transformation and training of migrant workers, financial subsidies for migrant workers to enjoy urban basic public services, and so on. And also elaborated the research conclusion to promote the peasant laborer citizen to have the policy enlightenment significance.
