【摘要】：文章分析農(nóng)村外出勞動力回流遷移的影響因素。農(nóng)村外出勞動力在城市就業(yè)、經(jīng)濟(jì)收入和社會保障的排斥影響他們的回流,同時回流遷移也受到家庭生活、家庭勞動力狀況、家庭農(nóng)業(yè)活動和農(nóng)地狀況等因素的影響。外出勞動力的回流遷移是"被動回流"和"主動回流"相結(jié)合的過程、是個體決策和家庭決策的綜合過程。文章提出勞動力回流遷移具有"回流效應(yīng)",回流帶來人力資本的補(bǔ)償、促進(jìn)流出地非農(nóng)經(jīng)濟(jì)的發(fā)展和帶來創(chuàng)業(yè)的增長。勞動力回流作為城鎮(zhèn)化過程中內(nèi)生的逆遷移流,構(gòu)成鄉(xiāng)城遷移和勞動力市場平衡的補(bǔ)充機(jī)制,與鄉(xiāng)城遷移一起促進(jìn)城鎮(zhèn)化和城鄉(xiāng)平衡發(fā)展。文章提出在城鎮(zhèn)化過程中需要支持"遷移效應(yīng)"和"回流效應(yīng)"機(jī)制共同發(fā)揮作用。
[Abstract]:This paper analyzes the factors influencing the return migration of rural labor force. The exclusion of economic income and social security affects the return of rural migrant workers in urban areas. At the same time, the return migration is also affected by family life, family labor status, family agricultural activities and agricultural land status. The return migration of labor force is a process of combining passive return and active return, which is a comprehensive process of individual decision and family decision. In this paper, the author points out that the return migration of labor force has a "backflow effect", which brings compensation to human capital, promotes the development of non-agricultural economy in the outflow area and brings about the growth of entrepreneurship. As an endogenous reverse migration in the process of urbanization, labor reflux constitutes the complementary mechanism of rural migration and labor market balance, and promotes urbanization and balanced development of urban and rural areas together with rural migration. This paper suggests that the mechanism of "migration effect" and "reflux effect" should be supported in the process of urbanization.
