我國(guó)不同地區(qū)都市農(nóng)業(yè)信息化發(fā)展水平與測(cè)度分析

【摘要】:隨著信息時(shí)代的來(lái)臨,都市農(nóng)業(yè)與信息化的相互融合極大地推動(dòng)了現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展,都市農(nóng)業(yè)信息化作為現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展進(jìn)程中的必然要求,已經(jīng)成為衡量某一地區(qū)或國(guó)家農(nóng)業(yè)水平高低的重要標(biāo)識(shí);诖,都市農(nóng)業(yè)信息化的發(fā)展引起了國(guó)內(nèi)外的普遍關(guān)注?v觀國(guó)外發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家都市農(nóng)業(yè)信息化的發(fā)展,各國(guó)已經(jīng)因地制宜地開(kāi)創(chuàng)了各具特色的發(fā)展道路。在此背景下,本文在總結(jié)我國(guó)都市農(nóng)業(yè)信息化概況的基礎(chǔ)上,分析了德國(guó)、日本、美國(guó)、澳大利亞等發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家都市農(nóng)業(yè)信息化的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、特點(diǎn)和策略,以期為我國(guó)都市農(nóng)業(yè)信息化的發(fā)展提供借鑒;在對(duì)我國(guó)發(fā)展都市農(nóng)業(yè)信息化進(jìn)行功能分析的基礎(chǔ)上,研究處于三類(lèi)不同層次地區(qū)的都市農(nóng)業(yè)信息化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,總結(jié)歸納了適宜于我國(guó)三類(lèi)不同城市都市農(nóng)業(yè)信息化的發(fā)展模式;引入了6大類(lèi)23小項(xiàng)都市農(nóng)業(yè)信息化發(fā)展水平測(cè)度指標(biāo),構(gòu)建了都市農(nóng)業(yè)信息化指數(shù),運(yùn)用綜合指數(shù)法測(cè)度了我國(guó)不同地區(qū)都市農(nóng)業(yè)信息化的發(fā)展水平,并進(jìn)行比較分析;針對(duì)目前我國(guó)發(fā)展都市農(nóng)業(yè)信息化的制約因素提出適宜推進(jìn)我國(guó)都市農(nóng)業(yè)信息化可持續(xù)發(fā)展的對(duì)策。本文的創(chuàng)新之處主要體現(xiàn)在:構(gòu)建了衡量我國(guó)不同地區(qū)都市農(nóng)業(yè)信息化發(fā)展水平的評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系,運(yùn)用AHP層次分析法,較為科學(xué)且客觀地測(cè)度了我國(guó)都市農(nóng)業(yè)信息化的發(fā)展水平;文中借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外經(jīng)驗(yàn)提出了四種適宜我國(guó)都市農(nóng)業(yè)信息化的發(fā)展模式,針對(duì)不同城市也推薦了較適宜且可借鑒的發(fā)展模式選擇。全文共分為六章,第一章闡述研究背景、意義及研究思路、方法等;第二章介紹部分發(fā)達(dá)國(guó)家都市農(nóng)業(yè)信息化的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及為我國(guó)建設(shè)提供經(jīng)驗(yàn)借鑒的總結(jié);第三章運(yùn)用實(shí)證研究對(duì)我國(guó)不同地區(qū)都市農(nóng)業(yè)信息化的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行對(duì)比并提出相關(guān)可參考建議;第四章針對(duì)我國(guó)不同地區(qū)都市農(nóng)業(yè)信息化的發(fā)展水平進(jìn)行測(cè)度分析;第五章探討目前我國(guó)都市農(nóng)業(yè)信息化發(fā)展存在的若干制約因素并提出相應(yīng)對(duì)策;第六章進(jìn)行全文總結(jié)與展望。雖然本著科學(xué)、嚴(yán)謹(jǐn)?shù)难芯繎B(tài)度,但由于本人知識(shí)水平以及能力的局限性,本文在研究過(guò)程中仍然存在諸多不足,研究的系統(tǒng)性和完整性未能盡達(dá),在研究?jī)?nèi)容、研究方法上仍有諸多不足和需要改進(jìn)的地方,如我國(guó)不同地區(qū)都市農(nóng)業(yè)信息化發(fā)展模式的選擇問(wèn)題;綜合評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)的選取問(wèn)題;對(duì)策建議的有效性問(wèn)題等,需要日后進(jìn)一步跟進(jìn)研究。
[Abstract]:With the advent of the information age, the integration of urban agriculture and information technology has greatly promoted the development of modern agriculture. It has become an important symbol to measure the level of agriculture in a certain area or country. Based on this, the development of urban agricultural informatization has caused widespread concern at home and abroad. Looking back at the development of urban agriculture informatization in developed countries, many countries have opened up their own development paths according to local conditions. On the basis of summarizing the general situation of urban agricultural informatization in China, this paper analyzes the present situation, characteristics and strategies of urban agricultural informatization in developed countries, such as Germany, Japan, the United States, Australia, and other developed countries, such as Germany, Japan, the United States, Australia and other developed countries. In order to provide reference for the development of urban agricultural informatization in China, on the basis of the functional analysis of the development of urban agricultural informatization in China, this paper studies the current situation of urban agricultural informatization development in three different levels. This paper summarizes the development models of urban agricultural informatization in three different cities in China, introduces 6 categories and 23 items of urban agricultural informatization development level measurement indexes, and constructs the urban agricultural informatization index. Using the comprehensive index method to measure the development level of urban agricultural informatization in different areas of China, and to carry on the comparative analysis; In view of the restriction factors of the development of urban agriculture informatization in our country at present, the countermeasures are put forward to promote the sustainable development of urban agriculture informatization in our country. The main innovations of this paper are as follows: the evaluation index system to measure the development level of urban agricultural informatization in different regions of China is constructed, and the AHP analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is used. This paper measures the development level of urban agriculture informatization in China scientifically and objectively, and puts forward four kinds of development models suitable for urban agriculture informatization in China based on domestic and foreign experience. For different cities also recommended a more appropriate and can be used for reference development model choice. The thesis is divided into six chapters. The first chapter describes the research background, significance and research ideas, methods, etc. The second chapter introduces the development of urban agricultural informatization in some developed countries and provides a summary of experience for the construction of our country. The third chapter uses the empirical study to compare the current situation of urban agricultural informatization in different areas of our country and puts forward some relevant suggestions; the fourth chapter measures and analyzes the development level of urban agricultural informatization in different regions of China. The fifth chapter discusses some restrictive factors existing in the development of urban agricultural informatization in China and puts forward corresponding countermeasures. Chapter VI summarizes and prospects the full text. Although in the light of scientific and rigorous research attitude, due to the limitations of my knowledge and ability, this paper still has many deficiencies in the research process, the system and integrity of the research has not been fully achieved, in the research content, There are still many deficiencies in the research methods and need to be improved, such as the choice of urban agricultural information development model in different areas of China, the selection of comprehensive evaluation indicators, the effectiveness of countermeasures and suggestions, etc. Further follow-up study is required.
