鄢陵縣花木種植戶新技術(shù)采納意愿與影響因素研究

【摘要】:鄢陵縣在花木種植新技術(shù)推廣取得了顯著成效,但是部分農(nóng)戶對(duì)于新技術(shù)不重視,沒有及時(shí)采納,或者雖然采納了但是不能按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化執(zhí)行。因此,研究花木種植戶新技術(shù)的采納意愿,探究種植戶對(duì)新技術(shù)采納意愿的影響因素,對(duì)改變種植傳統(tǒng)生產(chǎn)習(xí)慣、提高花木種植新技術(shù)采納率、加快花木種植科技向生產(chǎn)力轉(zhuǎn)化具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。本文以鄢陵縣268戶花木種植戶調(diào)查材料為依據(jù),運(yùn)用二元Logistic回歸模型對(duì)花木種植戶新技術(shù)采納意愿及其影響因素進(jìn)行實(shí)證分析,并提出對(duì)策建議。結(jié)果表明,鄢陵縣重視花木產(chǎn)業(yè)科技發(fā)展,積極聯(lián)合包括北京林業(yè)大學(xué)、中國林科院在內(nèi)的三十所高校,在花木產(chǎn)業(yè)的種子繁育、基因研究、技術(shù)培訓(xùn)方面共同研究與合作,取得了顯著成效,有效提高了鄢陵花木產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展。描述統(tǒng)計(jì)分析表明,愿意采納新技術(shù)的樣本數(shù)為157個(gè),占58.58%,不愿意采納新技術(shù)的樣本為111個(gè),占調(diào)查樣本的41.42%。調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)說明,還有將近一半的種植戶不愿意采納新技術(shù)。模型運(yùn)行結(jié)果分析表明,花木種植戶新技術(shù)采納影響關(guān)鍵因素主要有參加新技術(shù)培訓(xùn)次數(shù)、是否合作社社員、戶主對(duì)新技術(shù)的認(rèn)知、花木種植收入占家庭收入比例、政府推廣機(jī)構(gòu)花木種植新技術(shù)推廣情況、苗木市場(chǎng)行情預(yù)期、科技示范戶的示范效應(yīng)、花木種植新技術(shù)獲得難易程度等。調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù)和分析結(jié)論在一定程度上反映了花木種植戶新技術(shù)采用意愿,可為鄢陵縣花木種植新技術(shù)推廣提供理論參考,本文認(rèn)為鄢陵縣應(yīng)該:加強(qiáng)花木種植戶的培訓(xùn)工作、大力發(fā)展農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社、提升戶主對(duì)新技術(shù)的認(rèn)知、改進(jìn)農(nóng)技部門新技術(shù)推廣質(zhì)量、促進(jìn)花木產(chǎn)業(yè)提質(zhì)增效、提高農(nóng)業(yè)科技示范戶的帶動(dòng)作用、建立縣級(jí)花木種植新技術(shù)傳播網(wǎng)絡(luò)平臺(tái)等方面提出了相應(yīng)對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Yanling County has achieved remarkable results in popularizing the new technology of planting flowers and trees, but some farmers do not attach importance to the new technology and have not adopted it in time, or even though they have adopted it, they cannot carry out it in accordance with the standardization. Therefore, it is necessary to study the willingness of flower growers to adopt new technologies, to explore the factors that affect the farmers' willingness to adopt new technologies, to change the traditional production habits of planting, and to improve the adoption rate of new technologies for planting flowers and trees. It is of great practical significance to accelerate the transformation of planting science and technology to productivity. Based on the investigation data of 268 flower and tree growers in Yanling County, this paper makes an empirical analysis on the willingness to adopt new technology and its influencing factors by using binary Logistic regression model, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions. The results show that Yanling county attaches importance to the development of floral industry science and technology, actively unifies 30 colleges and universities, including Beijing Forestry University and Chinese Academy of Forestry Sciences, to jointly research and cooperate in seed breeding, gene research, and technical training in the flower and tree industry. It has achieved remarkable results and effectively improved the development of Yanling flower and wood industry. Descriptive statistical analysis showed that 157 samples were willing to adopt the new technology, accounting for 58.58, and 111 samples were unwilling to adopt the new technology, accounting for 41.42% of the survey samples. Survey data show that nearly half of growers are reluctant to adopt new technologies. The results of model operation show that the key factors influencing the adoption of new technology for flower and tree growers are the number of times of participating in new technology training, whether cooperative members are members, the knowledge of heads of household on new technologies, and the proportion of flower and tree planting income to household income. The promotion of the new technology for planting flowers and trees by government extension agencies, the market expectations of the seedling market, the demonstration effect of the demonstration households of science and technology, and the degree of difficulty in obtaining the new technology of planting flowers and trees, etc. The investigation data and analysis conclusions reflect to a certain extent the willingness of flower growers to adopt new techniques, which can provide a theoretical reference for the popularization of new techniques of flower planting in Yanling County. This paper holds that Yanling County should: strengthen the training of flower and tree growers. We should vigorously develop farmers' specialized cooperatives, raise the awareness of heads of household on new technologies, improve the quality of new technologies in agricultural technology departments, promote the quality and efficiency of flower industries, and enhance the driving role of demonstration households in agricultural science and technology. The corresponding countermeasures are put forward in the establishment of the new technology dissemination network platform of flower and tree planting at county level.
