【摘要】：未利用地作為重要的耕地后備資源,研究其開發(fā)適宜性及開發(fā)生態(tài)風險是實現(xiàn)土地可持續(xù)利用的重要舉措,對保障我國糧食安全、實現(xiàn)經(jīng)濟發(fā)展和生態(tài)文明建設均具有重要意義。在此背景下,以河北省懷來縣為例,利用綜合指數(shù)法對其他草地、裸地和內(nèi)陸灘涂等未利用土地進行開發(fā)適宜性評價及開發(fā)生態(tài)風險評價,進而解決開發(fā)時序之間的權衡問題。研究表明:(1)其他草地宜耕開發(fā)可分為3個等級,呈中部高南北低趨勢,主要為三級宜耕其他草地,面積為29 027.84hm~2,占全縣其他草地面積的59.75%;(2)裸地宜耕開發(fā)可分為2個等級,集中分布在縣中北部,主要為二級宜耕裸地,面積為1 994.39hm~2,占全縣裸地面積的93.35%;(3)內(nèi)陸灘涂全部為一級適宜性,面積為7 658.19hm2,分布在縣中部官廳水庫周圍;(4)生態(tài)風險區(qū)可分為5級,呈兩端生態(tài)風險高中間生態(tài)風險低的格局,主要為高生態(tài)風險區(qū),面積為20 975.10hm~2;(5)高生態(tài)風險區(qū)和中高生態(tài)風險區(qū)應以生態(tài)保護為主,中生態(tài)風險區(qū)盡量不用作第一開發(fā)時序用地,低生態(tài)風險區(qū)和中低生態(tài)風險區(qū)可用作首選開發(fā)用地。
[Abstract]:As an important reserve resource of cultivated land, the study of its suitability and ecological risk is an important measure to realize the sustainable use of land, which can guarantee the food security of our country. It is of great significance to realize economic development and ecological civilization construction. Under this background, taking Huailai County of Hebei Province as an example, the comprehensive index method is used to evaluate the suitability and ecological risk of exploitation of unused land, such as other grasslands, bare land and inland tidal flat, so as to solve the tradeoff problem between development time series. The results showed that the other grasslands could be divided into three grades, showing a trend of high, north, south and low in the middle of the area, mainly in the third grade, with an area of 29 027.84 hmm2, accounting for 59.75% of the other grassland areas in the county. The suitable tillage development of the bare land could be divided into 2 grades. It is concentrated in the central and northern part of the county, mainly in the second grade suitable for tillage and bare land, with an area of 1 994.39 hmm2, which accounts for 93.3535 / 3 of the bare land area of the whole county. The inland tidal flat is all of the first grade suitability, with an area of 7 658.19 hm2.It can be divided into 5 grades in the ecological risk areas around Guanting Reservoir in the central county. There is a pattern of high ecological risk and low intermediate ecological risk at both ends, which is mainly high ecological risk area with an area of 20 975.10 h. The area of high ecological risk area and middle and high ecological risk area should be mainly ecological protection, and the middle ecological risk area should not be used as the first development time series land as far as possible. Low-ecological risk areas and low-ecological risk areas can be used as the first choice of development land.
