【摘要】：養(yǎng)羊業(yè)是陜西省農(nóng)民長(zhǎng)期以來從事的一項(xiàng)傳統(tǒng)產(chǎn)業(yè),也是陜西省農(nóng)業(yè)和農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)收入的重要支柱產(chǎn)業(yè)。羊肉是陜西省居民日常消費(fèi)最普遍的動(dòng)物性食物,因此,肉羊養(yǎng)殖產(chǎn)業(yè)的持續(xù)穩(wěn)定健康發(fā)展,對(duì)居民的飲食結(jié)構(gòu)、農(nóng)民的收入來源乃至社會(huì)的穩(wěn)定都有重要意義。近年來,陜西省的羊肉價(jià)格持續(xù)上升,尤其是2005年以后,羊肉價(jià)格快速增長(zhǎng),但是從2014年3月份以后羊肉價(jià)格的開始逐漸下跌。當(dāng)前,我國(guó)學(xué)者研究關(guān)于豬肉價(jià)格波動(dòng)的研究很全面,但是研究羊肉價(jià)格波動(dòng)的特征、成因以及羊肉價(jià)格波動(dòng)因素效應(yīng)進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)分析的很少。因此,本文從羊肉價(jià)格波動(dòng)特點(diǎn)、波動(dòng)特征及波動(dòng)成因入手,通過調(diào)研分析羊肉價(jià)格波動(dòng)的影響因素,系統(tǒng)分析羊肉價(jià)格波動(dòng)所產(chǎn)生的影響效應(yīng),在此基礎(chǔ)上提出相關(guān)政策建議,從而為養(yǎng)羊業(yè)健康有序的發(fā)展提供良好的理論指導(dǎo)。首先,通過閱讀大量國(guó)內(nèi)外參考文獻(xiàn),形成了本文的文獻(xiàn)綜述、研究目標(biāo)、研究?jī)?nèi)容、研究方法以及技術(shù)路線;其次,介紹了羊肉市場(chǎng)價(jià)格波動(dòng)主要的經(jīng)濟(jì)理論;然后,分析了陜西省的肉羊業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展特點(diǎn)及陜西省羊肉價(jià)格波動(dòng)情況和波動(dòng)特征;接著,通過調(diào)研定邊縣和黃龍縣大型養(yǎng)殖基地對(duì)陜西省羊肉價(jià)格波動(dòng)的影響因素進(jìn)行分析,并且結(jié)合相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù),說明羊肉價(jià)格波動(dòng)對(duì)部分主體的影響效應(yīng);最后,根據(jù)上文分析得出主要結(jié)論,根據(jù)得出陜西省羊肉價(jià)格波動(dòng)的結(jié)論,結(jié)合陜西省實(shí)際情況,提出穩(wěn)定羊肉價(jià)格具體措施和建議。通過本文的研究,為今后學(xué)者做羊肉相關(guān)研究提供理論參考,為陜西省制定相關(guān)政策提供理論依據(jù),對(duì)促進(jìn)陜西省羊肉產(chǎn)業(yè)持續(xù)、穩(wěn)定、健康發(fā)展,由收入這一變量,可推斷養(yǎng)殖戶的生活水平,因此收入對(duì)陜西省養(yǎng)殖戶具有重大意義
[Abstract]:Sheep farming is a traditional industry for farmers in Shaanxi Province for a long time. It is also an important pillar industry of agriculture and rural economic income in Shaanxi Province. Mutton is the most common animal food consumed by the residents in Shaanxi Province. Therefore, the sustainable, stable and healthy development of meat sheep breeding industry is of great significance to the dietary structure of residents, the income source of farmers and even the stability of society. In recent years, the price of mutton in Shaanxi Province has been rising, especially after 2005, but the price of mutton began to decline gradually after March 2014. At present, the research on pork price fluctuation is very comprehensive, but the characteristics of mutton price fluctuation, the causes of mutton price fluctuation and the effect of mutton price fluctuation are seldom analyzed systematically. Therefore, this paper starts with the characteristics, characteristics and causes of mutton price fluctuation, analyzes the influencing factors of mutton price fluctuation through investigation and analysis, and systematically analyzes the influence effect of mutton price fluctuation. On this basis, the relevant policy suggestions are put forward so as to provide good theoretical guidance for the healthy and orderly development of sheep industry. First of all, by reading a large number of domestic and foreign references, this paper forms a literature review, research objectives, research content, research methods and technical routes; secondly, introduced the main economic theory of the price fluctuation of mutton market; then, The present situation and characteristics of meat sheep industry in Shaanxi Province and the fluctuation of mutton price in Shaanxi Province are analyzed. Then, the factors influencing the fluctuation of mutton price in Shaanxi Province are analyzed by investigating the large breeding bases in Dingbian County and Huanglong County. And combined with relevant data to explain the impact of mutton price fluctuations on part of the main body; finally, according to the above analysis of the main conclusions, according to the conclusion of the price fluctuation in Shaanxi Province, combined with the actual situation in Shaanxi Province, Put forward specific measures and suggestions to stabilize mutton price. Through the research of this paper, it provides a theoretical reference for the scholars to do mutton related research in the future, provides the theoretical basis for Shaanxi Province to formulate the related policy, promotes the Shaanxi Province mutton industry to develop continuously, steadily, healthily, by the income this variable, The living standard of farmers can be inferred, so income is of great significance to farmers in Shaanxi Province.
