【摘要】：草食畜牧業(yè)是以牛、羊、兔等節(jié)糧型草食動物為主要生產(chǎn)對象的畜牧業(yè)。主要產(chǎn)品包括肉、奶、毛、皮等。武威是甘肅省畜牧產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模最大的市州之一,近年來,武威草食畜牧業(yè)的生產(chǎn)水平和商品化水平有了很大的提高,牛羊生產(chǎn)規(guī)模均居甘肅省前列。但是,從個體生產(chǎn)水平和規(guī)�；絹砜磁c省內(nèi)外先進水平相比仍然存在著明顯差距。為了充分了解武威市草食畜牧產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,深入剖析發(fā)展過程中存在的問題與不足,探索解決的對策與方法,筆者對武威市飼草飼料供給、牛、羊產(chǎn)業(yè)現(xiàn)狀等進行了深入的調(diào)查研究。通過對近年來武威市草食畜牧產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展過程中天然草原、人工飼草種植、秸稈綜合開發(fā)利用、工業(yè)飼料生產(chǎn)加工、牛產(chǎn)業(yè)以及羊產(chǎn)業(yè)進行由點及面的調(diào)查,了解當前的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,剖析存在的主要問題與不足,并在此基礎(chǔ)上探索了促進武威市發(fā)展草食畜牧產(chǎn)業(yè)和實現(xiàn)農(nóng)牧民增收的途徑與方法。主要得出了以下幾點結(jié)論：1.武威是甘肅草食畜牧產(chǎn)業(yè)大市,尤其是2010年實施“設(shè)施畜牧業(yè)”主體生產(chǎn)模式以來取得了豐碩的成果,尤其是市委、市政府大力主抓龍頭企業(yè)、農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社以及草食畜牧產(chǎn)業(yè)科技園區(qū)等三類市場主體,極大的帶動了農(nóng)牧民發(fā)展草食畜牧產(chǎn)業(yè)及相關(guān)產(chǎn)業(yè)的積極性,促進了產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展。表明在畜牧業(yè)欠發(fā)達地區(qū),政府的引導(dǎo)和推動作用十分明顯。2.盡管近年來武威市草食畜牧產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展取得了一定的成績,但同時也暴露出許多問題與不足,例如草食畜牧產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展資金嚴重短缺、傳統(tǒng)養(yǎng)殖觀念沒有得到徹底轉(zhuǎn)變、農(nóng)牧民缺乏專業(yè)技術(shù)知識、市場化專業(yè)技術(shù)服務(wù)缺位等等,嚴重制約了武威草食畜牧產(chǎn)業(yè)的跨越轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展。3.綜合對比武威市與省內(nèi)外草食畜牧業(yè)發(fā)達地區(qū)之間的異同及主要特征,針對制約武威草食畜牧產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中存在的問題與不足提出了相應(yīng)的對策與建議。根據(jù)2010年以來武威市大力發(fā)展“設(shè)施畜牧業(yè)”所取得的成果以及暴露出的各種不足,今后主要的重點工作包括：(1)草食畜牧業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化、標準化、規(guī)模化經(jīng)營；(2)培育草食畜牧產(chǎn)業(yè)市場主體；(3)不斷推進和完善武威市草食畜牧產(chǎn)業(yè)技術(shù)服務(wù)體系建設(shè)；(4)進一步轉(zhuǎn)變傳統(tǒng)飼養(yǎng)模式；(5)培育草食畜牧產(chǎn)業(yè)龍頭企業(yè),帶動提高草食畜牧產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)營管理人員素質(zhì)；(6)進一步加大政策扶持力度。
[Abstract]:Herbivorous animal husbandry is a kind of animal husbandry which mainly produces grain-saving herbivores such as cattle, sheep and rabbits. The main products include meat, milk, hair, skin and so on. Wuwei is one of the largest cities and prefectures of animal husbandry industry in Gansu Province. In recent years, the production level and commercialization level of herbivorous animal husbandry in Wuwei have been greatly improved, and the production scale of cattle and sheep is in the forefront of Gansu Province. However, there is still a clear gap between the level of individual production and the level of scale compared with the advanced level in and outside the province. In order to fully understand the present situation of herbivorous animal husbandry industry in Wuwei city, analyze the existing problems and shortcomings in the development process, and explore the countermeasures and methods to solve, the author discussed the supply of forage forage and cattle in Wuwei city. The sheep industry present situation has carried on the thorough investigation and research. Through the investigation of natural grassland, artificial forage planting, comprehensive utilization of straw, production and processing of industrial fodder, cattle industry and sheep industry in recent years, a survey was made on the natural grassland, artificial forage grass planting, cattle industry and sheep industry in Wuwei City. To understand the current situation of development, to analyze the main problems and shortcomings, and on this basis to explore ways and means to promote the development of herbivorous animal husbandry industry in Wuwei City and to increase the income of farmers and herdsmen. The main conclusions are as follows: 1. Wuwei is a big city of herbivorous animal husbandry industry in Gansu Province, especially since the implementation of the main production model of "protected animal husbandry" in 2010, it has achieved fruitful results, especially the municipal party committee and the municipal government, which have made great efforts to focus on leading enterprises. The farmers' specialized cooperatives and the herbivore industry science and technology park and other three kinds of market main bodies have greatly stimulated the farmers and herdsmen to develop the herbivore industry and the related industry enthusiasm, has promoted the industry development. This shows that in the less developed areas of animal husbandry, the role of the government in guiding and promoting is very obvious. 2. 2. Although some achievements have been made in the development of herbivorous animal husbandry industry in Wuwei City in recent years, many problems and deficiencies have been exposed at the same time. For example, there is a serious shortage of funds for the development of herbivorous animal husbandry industry, and the traditional concept of breeding has not been completely changed. Farmers and herdsmen lack professional technical knowledge and market-oriented professional technical services, etc., which seriously restrict the development of Wuwei herbivorous animal husbandry industry. By comparing the similarities and differences between Wuwei city and the developed areas of herbivorous animal husbandry in and out of the province, this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for restricting the development of herbivorous animal husbandry industry in Wuwei. According to the achievements and shortcomings of Wuwei City in vigorously developing "protected animal husbandry" since 2010, the major work in the future will include the industrialization and standardization of herbivorous animal husbandry. To cultivate herbivorous herbivore industry in Wuwei City (3) to promote and perfect the technical service system of herbivorous animal husbandry industry in Wuwei City and to further change the traditional breeding mode and to cultivate leading enterprises in herbivorous animal husbandry industry. To improve the quality of herbivore industry management personnel further increase policy support.
