【摘要】：改革開(kāi)放以來(lái)余村從"礦山經(jīng)濟(jì)"轉(zhuǎn)向"生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)",走上經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)發(fā)展與生態(tài)環(huán)境保護(hù)雙贏的綠色發(fā)展之路,以農(nóng)村微觀樣本呈現(xiàn)了"兩山"重要思想的當(dāng)代實(shí)踐意義。轉(zhuǎn)變發(fā)展觀念是余村實(shí)踐的靈魂,辨別兩種"富起來(lái)"的價(jià)值內(nèi)涵及境界是余村觀念轉(zhuǎn)變的關(guān)鍵;產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)向生態(tài)經(jīng)濟(jì)轉(zhuǎn)型、全面推進(jìn)綠色發(fā)展是唯一正確的實(shí)踐路徑;提升發(fā)展能力和質(zhì)量是未來(lái)發(fā)展的方向。余村經(jīng)驗(yàn)的理論啟示在于科學(xué)評(píng)價(jià)合理利用自然資源資產(chǎn)、全面剖析現(xiàn)代生產(chǎn)力結(jié)構(gòu)、深刻反思"美麗鄉(xiāng)村"和"美好生活"的發(fā)展目的論。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, Yucun changed from "mine economy" to "ecological economy" and embarked on the green development road of win-win situation between economic and social development and ecological environment protection. The rural micro sample presented the contemporary practical significance of the important thought of "two mountains". Changing the concept of development is the soul of the practice of Yu village, distinguishing the value connotation and realm of the two kinds of "rich" is the key to the transformation of the concept of Yu village, the only correct practical path is the transformation of industrial structure to ecological economy, and the promotion of green development in an all-round way. Improving the ability and quality of development is the direction of future development. The theoretical enlightenment of Yu village experience lies in scientific evaluation of rational utilization of natural resources assets, comprehensive analysis of the structure of modern productive forces, and profound reflection on the development purpose theory of "beautiful village" and "good life".
