【摘要】：2016年,"三農(nóng)"問題依然是經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)界關(guān)注的重點(diǎn),學(xué)者們在將戶籍制度改革和農(nóng)村居民代際問題納入新型城鎮(zhèn)化研究框架、農(nóng)村金融制度改革效果評估和改進(jìn)、農(nóng)村土地流轉(zhuǎn)影響因素?cái)U(kuò)展、農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展戰(zhàn)略評估與改進(jìn)等方面取得了明顯進(jìn)展,反映了學(xué)者們基于"三農(nóng)"發(fā)展新階段對"三農(nóng)"發(fā)展的反思和創(chuàng)新發(fā)展模式的新思考。
[Abstract]:In 2016, the issue of "agriculture, countryside and farmers" is still the focus of the economic circles. Scholars are putting the reform of the household registration system and the intergenerational issues of rural residents into the framework of the new urbanization research, and the evaluation and improvement of the effect of the reform of the rural financial system. Obvious progress has been made in the aspects of influencing factors of rural land circulation, evaluation and improvement of agricultural development strategy and so on, which reflects scholars' reflection on the development of "agriculture, rural areas and farmers" and their new thinking of innovative development mode based on the new stage of development of "three rural areas".
