【摘要】：隨著信息技術(shù)迅猛發(fā)展、全球經(jīng)濟(jì)貿(mào)易合作進(jìn)一步的深入,集權(quán)型集團(tuán)公司不斷地擴(kuò)大規(guī)模,來應(yīng)對競爭日益激烈的市場,但隨之而來的管理成本的增加卻阻礙了集團(tuán)的發(fā)展。財務(wù)共享模式作為一種新的財務(wù)管理模式,通過集中整合集團(tuán)內(nèi)部低附加值的具有重復(fù)性的財務(wù)業(yè)務(wù),交由財務(wù)共享中心統(tǒng)一處理,降低了集團(tuán)管理成本、提高效率,提升了集團(tuán)集中管控的能力。本文在充分學(xué)習(xí)研究財務(wù)共享服務(wù)的相關(guān)理論和文獻(xiàn)的基礎(chǔ)上,對共享服務(wù)模式的概念、基本特征、類別、發(fā)展過程及理論基礎(chǔ)進(jìn)行歸納,并進(jìn)一步總結(jié)財務(wù)共享模式的類別優(yōu)點(diǎn)、適用性以及實(shí)施財務(wù)共享模式的關(guān)鍵因素。其次,從集權(quán)型集團(tuán)公司的3個主要特征出發(fā),分析了集權(quán)型集團(tuán)引入財務(wù)共享模式的必要性和引入基礎(chǔ),進(jìn)而提出集權(quán)型集團(tuán)實(shí)施財務(wù)共享模式的基本要求。再者,結(jié)合前面提出的基本要求構(gòu)建集權(quán)型集團(tuán)公司財務(wù)共享模式實(shí)施框架,主要從財務(wù)共享系統(tǒng)功能包括核算模塊功能、預(yù)算管理模塊功能、資金管理模塊功能、集團(tuán)組織體系的框架及設(shè)計要求,集團(tuán)管理制度改革要求三個方面闡述實(shí)施框架。最后以FS集團(tuán)為案例進(jìn)行財務(wù)共享模式的設(shè)計,分析了FS集團(tuán)的背景后,針對其財務(wù)問題以及實(shí)施財務(wù)共享模式的要求,具體設(shè)計了FS集團(tuán)的核算業(yè)務(wù)流程、預(yù)算管理業(yè)務(wù)流程以及資金管理業(yè)務(wù)流程,設(shè)計了集團(tuán)整體的財務(wù)組織結(jié)構(gòu)和財務(wù)崗位,并闡述管理制度改革的主要內(nèi)容,成功地將財務(wù)共享模式實(shí)施框架應(yīng)用于FS集團(tuán),相信這個財務(wù)共享模式實(shí)施框架會對其他需要實(shí)施財務(wù)共享模式的集權(quán)型集團(tuán)一定的啟發(fā)。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of information technology and the further development of global economic and trade cooperation, centralized group companies continue to expand their scale to cope with the increasingly fierce competition in the market, but the increase of management costs hinders the development of the group. As a new financial management mode, financial sharing mode can reduce the group management cost and improve the efficiency by centralizing and integrating the repetitive financial business with low added value within the group and handing it over to the financial sharing center. Improved the group's ability to centralize control. On the basis of studying the relevant theories and literature of financial sharing service, this paper summarizes the concept, basic characteristics, categories, development process and theoretical basis of shared service model. It also summarizes the advantages of the financial sharing model, its applicability and the key factors to implement the financial sharing model. Secondly, starting from the three main characteristics of centralized group company, this paper analyzes the necessity and basis of introducing financial sharing mode into centralized group, and then puts forward the basic requirements for centralized group to implement financial sharing mode. Furthermore, according to the basic requirements put forward above, the implementation framework of financial sharing mode of centralized group company is constructed, which mainly includes accounting module function, budget management module function, fund management module function, financial sharing system function including accounting module function, budget management module function, fund management module function. The framework and design requirements of the group organization system and the reform requirements of the group management system are discussed in three aspects: the implementation framework. Finally, taking FS Group as a case to design the financial sharing mode, after analyzing the background of FS Group, aiming at its financial problems and the requirements of implementing the Financial sharing Model, the paper designs the accounting business process of FS Group. Budget management business process and fund management business process, designed the whole financial organization structure and financial position of the group, and expounded the main contents of the management system reform, successfully applied the financial sharing mode implementation framework to FS group. It is believed that the implementation framework of the financial sharing model will enlighten other centralized groups that need to implement the financial sharing model.
