【摘要】：習(xí)近平在正定和寧德從政時(shí)期,提出了一系列脫貧致富的新思路。他提出要觀念脫貧、"扶貧先扶志"、增強(qiáng)地方的"造血功能"等思想及發(fā)揮比較優(yōu)勢(shì)、合理布局產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)、發(fā)展商品經(jīng)濟(jì)、大力引進(jìn)人才等具體實(shí)踐方法使當(dāng)?shù)胤鲐毭撠毠ぷ魅〉妹黠@實(shí)效。習(xí)近平的脫貧致富思想在當(dāng)前依然具有重要教育借鑒意義。
[Abstract]:Xi Jinping in Zhengding and Ningde political period, put forward a series of new ideas to get rid of poverty. He put forward the idea of getting rid of poverty, "helping the poor first," strengthening the local "hematopoietic function," and giving play to comparative advantages, rationally distributing the industrial structure, and developing the commodity economy. Efforts to introduce talents and other specific practical methods to make the local poverty alleviation and poverty relief work achieved obvious results. Xi Jinping's idea of getting rid of poverty and becoming rich still has important educational significance at present.
