【摘要】：作為一種完整制度形態(tài)的統(tǒng)購統(tǒng)銷制度,其解體過程大致經歷了政策松動、雙軌并行、新制衍生的"三部曲"。在這一過程中,充斥著體制重塑與多方互動的色彩。在多層面的互動進程中,國家為推動性因素,市場發(fā)揮了連接性作用,農民為最終執(zhí)行者。在經歷了復雜而漫長的解體過程后,統(tǒng)購統(tǒng)銷制度最終消亡,并衍生出了新的農村商品流通制度。
[Abstract]:As a complete system form, the process of its disintegration has experienced the loosening of policy, the parallel of two tracks and the "trilogy" derived from the new system. In this process, it is full of the color of system remodeling and multi-party interaction. In the process of multi-level interaction, the state plays a connecting role for the driving factor, and the farmer is the final executor. After a complicated and long process of disintegration, the system of monopoly purchase and sale finally died out, and a new system of rural commodity circulation was derived.
