【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)是國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)之根本,對(duì)于大力發(fā)展農(nóng)業(yè)也是現(xiàn)今我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的需要及未來(lái)發(fā)展趨勢(shì)。自從1978年農(nóng)村確立了家庭聯(lián)產(chǎn)承包責(zé)任制,農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì)整體上有了進(jìn)一步的發(fā)展,但隨著社會(huì)主義市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體制確立,中國(guó)也隨之進(jìn)入WTO之后,競(jìng)爭(zhēng)壓力日趨擴(kuò)大,小生產(chǎn)與大市場(chǎng)的矛盾日趨加劇。而農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社的發(fā)展對(duì)于鞏固農(nóng)業(yè)其基礎(chǔ)地位,有效提高農(nóng)村組織化的程度,大力發(fā)展其農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟(jì),提高農(nóng)村生產(chǎn)力,增加農(nóng)民的收入,加強(qiáng)農(nóng)產(chǎn)品國(guó)際的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力有著重大的推動(dòng)作用。近年來(lái),農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社雖發(fā)展迅速,但數(shù)量上的提升并不能代表發(fā)展上有質(zhì)的突破。農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社在如今還依舊存在著許多問(wèn)題有待我們的解決。本文立足于安圖縣,分析了安圖縣農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,從而對(duì)反映出的安圖縣農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社存在的問(wèn)題進(jìn)行具體的剖析,同時(shí)借鑒國(guó)外的農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社發(fā)展的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),對(duì)安圖縣發(fā)展農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策�！みM(jìn)而幫助安圖縣農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社探索出一條適合本村發(fā)展的合作社道路。本文緒論的部分分別介紹了研究背景、目的及意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社研究綜述。第二部分是對(duì)概念的界定及本論文理論支撐的闡述。文章主要重點(diǎn)闡述內(nèi)容為第三部分,通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)查閱及實(shí)地調(diào)查,對(duì)延邊州及安圖縣農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社的現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行了分析。通過(guò)第三部分的闡述,隨后便有了對(duì)第四、五、六部分進(jìn)行展開闡述、安圖縣農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社存在問(wèn)題,國(guó)外農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社的成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),及該如何發(fā)展安圖縣農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社。以便安圖縣農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社朝著健康有序的方式發(fā)展。最后對(duì)全文進(jìn)行總結(jié)。
[Abstract]:Agriculture is the foundation of national economy. Since the establishment of the household contract responsibility system in rural areas in 1978, the rural economy as a whole has further developed. However, with the establishment of the socialist market economy system, China has also entered the WTO, and the competitive pressure has been increasing day by day. The contradiction between small production and large market is becoming more and more serious. The development of farmers' specialized cooperatives can strengthen the basic position of agriculture, effectively improve the degree of rural organization, vigorously develop its rural economy, improve rural productivity, and increase farmers' income. Strengthening the international competitiveness of agricultural products has a major role in promoting. In recent years, farmers' professional cooperatives have developed rapidly, but the increase in quantity does not represent a qualitative breakthrough in development. There are still many problems to be solved in farmers' professional cooperatives. Based on Antu County, this paper analyzes the present situation of farmers' professional cooperatives in Antu County, and then analyzes the problems of farmers' specialized cooperatives in Antu County. At the same time, using the successful experience of foreign farmers' specialized cooperatives for reference, this paper puts forward the corresponding countermeasures for the development of farmers' specialized cooperatives in Antu County, and then helps them to explore a cooperative road suitable for the development of their own villages. The introduction of this paper introduces the background, purpose and significance of the research, as well as a summary of the research on farmers' professional cooperatives at home and abroad. The second part is the definition of the concept and the theoretical support of this paper. The article focuses on the third part. Through literature reference and field investigation, this paper analyzes the present situation of farmers' professional cooperatives in Yanbian and Antu counties. Through the elaboration of the third part, the fourth, fifth and sixth parts were then elaborated. The problems existed in the specialized cooperative of farmers in Antu County, and the successful experience of the professional cooperative of farmers in foreign countries. And how to develop Antu County farmers professional cooperatives. In order to Antu County farmers professional cooperatives towards a healthy and orderly way to develop. Finally, the full text is summarized.
