【摘要】：在城市化的大潮之下,農(nóng)村人口大量向城市流動,并帶走資金、資產(chǎn)等財富,使鄉(xiāng)村出現(xiàn)了人口和財富不斷流出,常住人口稀少和財富被掏空的空洞化現(xiàn)象。其對于鄉(xiāng)村發(fā)展、鄉(xiāng)村內(nèi)貧富差距及城鄉(xiāng)關(guān)系均具有深刻影響,但具體影響從戶籍、實際從業(yè)形態(tài)等不同角度考察,會有截然不同的結(jié)論,十分復(fù)雜。對這些復(fù)雜影響,需因勢利導(dǎo),促成農(nóng)村土地的規(guī)�；�(jīng)營、城鄉(xiāng)差距的消失和鄉(xiāng)村內(nèi)貧富差距的縮小。
[Abstract]:Under the tide of urbanization, the rural population flows to the city in large quantities, and takes away the wealth such as funds, assets, etc., which makes the population and wealth flow out constantly, the resident population is scarce and the wealth is emptied. It has a profound influence on the rural development, the gap between the rich and the poor, and the relationship between urban and rural areas, but the specific influence can be viewed from different angles, such as household registration, actual employment form and so on, and there will be quite different conclusions, which are very complex. To these complex influence, need to guide according to the situation, promote the scale management of the rural land, the gap between urban and rural areas disappear and the gap between the rich and the poor in the countryside narrows.
