【摘要】：創(chuàng)意農(nóng)業(yè)是融合了各種學(xué)科領(lǐng)域、高科技和文化的新興產(chǎn)業(yè)。創(chuàng)意農(nóng)業(yè)的產(chǎn)成品表現(xiàn)出定制化、特色化、多樣化的特點(diǎn),是農(nóng)業(yè)集合了創(chuàng)意理念的物質(zhì)產(chǎn)物。孔元村通過(guò)本村特色發(fā)展創(chuàng)意農(nóng)業(yè),突出打造創(chuàng)意田園景觀,被游客喻為“來(lái)自星星的故鄉(xiāng)”。隨著我國(guó)《農(nóng)民專業(yè)合作社法》的頒布,農(nóng)業(yè)專業(yè)組織相對(duì)規(guī)范化。農(nóng)業(yè)合作組織有別于農(nóng)民個(gè)體經(jīng)濟(jì)主體,作為保護(hù)農(nóng)民利益的的一種新集體,也是當(dāng)代中國(guó)農(nóng)村發(fā)展的新動(dòng)力。孔元村創(chuàng)意農(nóng)業(yè)的成功發(fā)展離不開(kāi)現(xiàn)有村內(nèi)三個(gè)專業(yè)合作社的鼎力驅(qū)動(dòng)支持,具有一定代表性。本文主要包括7大部分內(nèi)容。一是引言,主要闡述研究目的和意義、國(guó)內(nèi)外研究現(xiàn)狀。二是農(nóng)業(yè)合作組織發(fā)展的理論基礎(chǔ)。三是創(chuàng)意農(nóng)業(yè)和農(nóng)業(yè)合作組織及其特點(diǎn)分析。四是農(nóng)業(yè)合作組織在創(chuàng)意農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展中的作用及組織模式。五是孔元村創(chuàng)意農(nóng)業(yè)建設(shè)與農(nóng)業(yè)合作組織的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀。六是孔元村創(chuàng)意農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展中農(nóng)業(yè)合作組織建設(shè)。七是研究結(jié)論和對(duì)策,包括可能創(chuàng)新和不足。本文依據(jù)農(nóng)業(yè)合作社理論、農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)組織理論、規(guī)模經(jīng)濟(jì)理論、分工協(xié)作理論,以閩侯縣白沙鎮(zhèn)孔元村為例,通過(guò)對(duì)孔元村創(chuàng)意農(nóng)業(yè)和農(nóng)業(yè)合作組織發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀分析,總結(jié)出在創(chuàng)意農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展中,農(nóng)業(yè)合作組織起到了推動(dòng)創(chuàng)意農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈和文化氛圍的形成。其組織模式必須要以公司和村兩委牽頭為主,不能僅由農(nóng)戶自行建立。利益聯(lián)結(jié)機(jī)制也必須以技術(shù)和股份的方式將農(nóng)戶緊密的聯(lián)合起來(lái)為發(fā)展創(chuàng)意農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)揮作用。農(nóng)民合作合作組織在創(chuàng)意農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展所表現(xiàn)出的文化氛圍不夠深厚、產(chǎn)業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)不對(duì)等、合作組織生產(chǎn)水平低、農(nóng)民合作觀念不強(qiáng)等問(wèn)題。最后通過(guò)相關(guān)先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn)結(jié)合孔元村實(shí)際提供農(nóng)業(yè)合作組織建設(shè)意見(jiàn),為孔元村發(fā)展創(chuàng)意農(nóng)業(yè)提供一定的參考和借鑒。本文力求以孔元村為例構(gòu)建一個(gè)具有標(biāo)準(zhǔn)性的農(nóng)業(yè)合作組織的體系,對(duì)今后其它地區(qū)在生態(tài)文明建設(shè)視角下發(fā)展創(chuàng)意農(nóng)業(yè),由政府主導(dǎo)型向市場(chǎng)主導(dǎo)型轉(zhuǎn)變轉(zhuǎn)變、投資主體由單一向多元發(fā)展、實(shí)現(xiàn)全面協(xié)調(diào)可持續(xù)發(fā)展,有一定的指導(dǎo)和參考價(jià)值。但是,對(duì)于如何詳細(xì)構(gòu)建孔元村鄉(xiāng)土文化專業(yè)合作組織、電子商務(wù)合作組織等具體措施未作深入研究。
[Abstract]:Creative agriculture is a new industry that combines all kinds of disciplines, high-tech and culture. The finished product of creative agriculture shows the characteristics of customization, characteristic and diversification, which is the material product of agricultural collection of creative idea. Kong Yuan Village through the village characteristics to develop creative agriculture, highlight the creation of creative pastoral landscape, was described by tourists as "from the hometown of the stars." With the promulgation of the Farmers' specialized Cooperative Law, agricultural professional organizations are relatively standardized. The agricultural cooperative organization is different from the farmer individual economy main body, as one kind of new collective which protects the farmer benefit, also is the contemporary Chinese countryside development new motive force. The successful development of the creative agriculture in Kongyuan Village can not be separated from the strong driving support of the three professional cooperatives in the existing village, and it has certain representativeness. This paper mainly includes 7 parts. First is the introduction, mainly elaborated the research goal and the significance, domestic and foreign research present situation. Second, the theoretical basis for the development of agricultural cooperation organizations. Three is creative agriculture and agricultural cooperative organization and its characteristic analysis. Fourth, the role of agricultural cooperative organizations in the development of creative agriculture and organizational model. Fifth, the development status of creative agriculture construction and agricultural cooperation organization in Kongyuan Village. Sixth, the construction of agricultural cooperative organizations in the development of creative agriculture in Kongyuan Village. Seventh is the research conclusion and the countermeasure, including possible innovation and insufficiency. Based on the theory of agricultural co-operatives, the theory of agricultural industrial organization, the theory of scale economy and the theory of division of labor and cooperation, taking Kongyuan Village in Baisha Town, Minhou County, as an example, this paper analyzes the present situation of the development of creative agriculture and agricultural cooperative organization in Kongyuan Village. It is concluded that in the development of creative agriculture, agricultural cooperative organizations have promoted the formation of creative agriculture industry chain and cultural atmosphere. The organizational model must be led by the company and the village committee, and not only by the farmers themselves. The mechanism of interest association must also play a role in the development of creative agriculture by means of technology and shares. The cultural atmosphere in the development of creative agriculture is not deep enough, the standard of industry is not equal, the production level of cooperative organization is low, and the concept of farmers' cooperation is not strong. Finally, through the combination of relevant advanced experience and the actual offering of the construction of agricultural cooperation organization, it provides a certain reference and reference for the development of creative agriculture in Kongyuan village. This article takes Kong Yuan Village as an example to construct a standard agricultural cooperative organization system, and to develop creative agriculture in other areas in the view of ecological civilization construction in the future, from government leading to market leading transformation. The investment main body develops from single to pluralistic, realizes the overall coordinated sustainable development, has the certain guidance and the reference value. However, the detailed construction of Kongyuan Village local culture professional cooperation organization, electronic commerce cooperation organization and other specific measures have not been further studied.
