【摘要】：一九五六年到一九六七年全國(guó)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展綱要》是從農(nóng)村合作化高潮轉(zhuǎn)向農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)高潮的產(chǎn)物。它從醞釀、提出到最后由全國(guó)人大通過(guò),其間反復(fù)修改、完善,凝聚了毛澤東的巨大心血;也受到了許多質(zhì)疑和批評(píng),在毛澤東逝世后,受到了擱置。深入研究這一過(guò)程,有助于廓清交織于這一過(guò)程中豐富的歷史信息,吸取中國(guó)農(nóng)村建設(shè)的經(jīng)驗(yàn)教訓(xùn)。
[Abstract]:The National outline for Agricultural Development from 1956 to 1967 was the result of the shift from the climax of rural co-operative transformation to the climax of agricultural production. It was formulated and finally adopted by the National people's Congress. It was revised repeatedly, perfected, and condensed Mao Zedong's tremendous efforts; it was also questioned and criticized by many, and was shelved after the death of Mao Zedong. Further study of this process is helpful to clarify the rich historical information interwoven in the process and to draw lessons from China's rural construction.
