【摘要】：吉林市是吉林省的重要城市之一,也是中國(guó)唯一一個(gè)省市同名的城市,吉林的農(nóng)村建設(shè)一直在這幾年來(lái)迅速發(fā)展,吉林擁有得天獨(dú)厚的農(nóng)業(yè)資源,以及充足的農(nóng)業(yè)人口,農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展是吉林市發(fā)展的關(guān)鍵點(diǎn),現(xiàn)在吉林農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展中出現(xiàn)了很多新型農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)主體,如專業(yè)合作社,家庭農(nóng)場(chǎng)等,還有種糧大戶和農(nóng)業(yè)龍頭企業(yè)。這些新型農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)主體具有非常高的金融支持需求,并且急切的需要資金來(lái)支持自身發(fā)展。但是吉林市新型農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)主體在獲得金融支持的過(guò)程中,遭遇了很多問(wèn)題,比如適合的金融產(chǎn)品種類不多,相關(guān)政策支持不夠到位,貸款成本過(guò)高,風(fēng)險(xiǎn)保障機(jī)制不夠健全,信用不足等一系列問(wèn)題,這些問(wèn)題都需要根據(jù)吉林市的實(shí)際情況一一進(jìn)行研究和解決。所以,本文的研究目的就在于,以吉林市現(xiàn)今農(nóng)業(yè)新型產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展中金融支持的現(xiàn)狀為研究對(duì)象,結(jié)合現(xiàn)今國(guó)內(nèi)外區(qū)域農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的金融支持方式,深入分析吉林市地區(qū)金融支農(nóng)的現(xiàn)今情況和出現(xiàn)的問(wèn)題,剖析問(wèn)題原因,研究解決方法,從新型農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)營(yíng)主體發(fā)展需求出發(fā),從金融服務(wù)方法改善著手,探究出未來(lái)吉林市農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的過(guò)程中,從信用建設(shè),風(fēng)險(xiǎn)防控,支農(nóng)手段,政府政策等幾個(gè)方面,提出幾種切實(shí)可行的改進(jìn)建議。
[Abstract]:Jilin is one of the most important cities in Jilin Province, and it is also the only city with the same name in China. The rural construction of Jilin has been developing rapidly in recent years. Jilin has unique agricultural resources and an adequate agricultural population. The development of agriculture is the key point of the development of Jilin City. There are many new agricultural management subjects in the development of Jilin agriculture, such as specialized cooperatives, family farms, and large grain farmers and agricultural leading enterprises. These new agricultural operators have very high financial support demand, and urgently need funds to support their own development. However, in the process of obtaining financial support, Jilin City's new-type agricultural operators encountered many problems, such as the lack of suitable types of financial products, inadequate policy support, excessive loan costs, and inadequate risk protection mechanism. Credit shortage is a series of problems which need to be studied and solved one by one according to the actual situation of Jilin City. Therefore, the purpose of this paper is to take the present situation of financial support in the development of new agricultural industries in Jilin City as the research object, and to combine the current financial support methods of the development of regional agricultural industries at home and abroad. This paper deeply analyzes the present situation and problems of financial support for agriculture in Jilin City, analyzes the causes of the problems, studies the solutions, proceeds from the development needs of the new agricultural management subjects, and begins with the improvement of the financial service methods. In the course of agricultural economic development of Jilin City in the future, some feasible suggestions are put forward from credit construction, risk prevention and control, means of supporting agriculture, government policy and so on.
