【摘要】：生態(tài)村建設(shè)在我國已經(jīng)持續(xù)了三十多年,在獲得一定成績的同時,也面臨著一些具體的現(xiàn)實(shí)難題。在"大眾創(chuàng)業(yè)、萬眾創(chuàng)新"的背景下,創(chuàng)業(yè)、創(chuàng)新的概念進(jìn)一步影響了生態(tài)村建設(shè)的經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)。生態(tài)村建設(shè)在"雙創(chuàng)"背景下,既獲得了發(fā)展的新動力,又面臨著如何面對這種新動力,即如何優(yōu)化自身發(fā)展模式的問題。本文乃是在"雙創(chuàng)"的背景下對生態(tài)村建設(shè)作出考察,力圖將二者相結(jié)合,從而使得"雙創(chuàng)"能夠更好服務(wù)于生態(tài)村建設(shè),同時生態(tài)村建設(shè)反過來又進(jìn)一步提升"雙創(chuàng)"氛圍。為此,本文首先分析了"雙創(chuàng)"及生態(tài)村建設(shè)的內(nèi)涵,并指出兩者之間的關(guān)系以及"雙創(chuàng)"給生態(tài)村建設(shè)帶來的機(jī)遇,同時也簡要介紹了當(dāng)前我國生態(tài)村建設(shè)的現(xiàn)狀及其存在的主要問題,在此基礎(chǔ)上,以寧德市七都鎮(zhèn)六都村為重點(diǎn)考察對象,通過問卷設(shè)計(jì)與實(shí)地訪談,分析其在"雙創(chuàng)"背景下進(jìn)行生態(tài)村建設(shè)過程中所面臨的主要問題,如生態(tài)村建設(shè)關(guān)注度不高、創(chuàng)新意識還比較薄弱、招商引資力度不夠、高層次人才缺乏、對"雙創(chuàng)"了解不深、鄉(xiāng)村資源整合力度欠缺,產(chǎn)業(yè)培育較為滯后等等,緊接著提出當(dāng)前生態(tài)村建設(shè)的新思路,從人才驅(qū)動、協(xié)同創(chuàng)新、產(chǎn)業(yè)融合角度探尋了生態(tài)村建設(shè)發(fā)展模式,并提出相應(yīng)的對策與建議,為促進(jìn)六都村生態(tài)村建設(shè)乃至其它地區(qū)生態(tài)村建設(shè)進(jìn)程提供參考與借鑒。
[Abstract]:The construction of ecological village has lasted for more than 30 years in our country. At the same time, it faces some practical problems. Under the background of "mass entrepreneurship, mass innovation", the concept of entrepreneurship and innovation has further affected the economic structure of ecological village construction. Under the background of "double creation", the construction of ecological village not only obtains the new motive force of development, but also faces the problem of how to face the new motive force, that is, how to optimize its own development mode. This paper investigates the construction of ecological village under the background of "double innovation", and tries to combine the two, so that "double innovation" can better serve the construction of ecological village, and at the same time, the construction of ecological village can further enhance the atmosphere of "double creation". Therefore, this paper first analyzes the connotation of "Shuangchuang" and ecological village construction, and points out the relationship between them and the opportunity that "Shuangchuang" brings to the construction of ecological village. At the same time, it also briefly introduces the current situation and main problems of ecological village construction in our country. On the basis of this, taking Ludu Village in Qidu Town, Ningde City, as the focus object, questionnaire design and field interviews are adopted. This paper analyzes the main problems it faces in the process of ecological village construction under the background of "double creation", such as low attention to ecological village construction, weak innovation consciousness, insufficient investment attraction and lack of high-level talents. We do not have a deep understanding of "double innovation", lack of integration of rural resources, lagging behind in industrial cultivation and so on. Then we put forward new ideas for the construction of ecological villages, which are driven by talents and innovated collaboratively. This paper probes into the development mode of ecological village construction from the angle of industrial convergence, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures and suggestions, which provides reference and reference for promoting the construction of ecological village in Liudu village and even the process of ecological village construction in other regions.
