【摘要】：陜西省正處于社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)快速上升時(shí)期,土地的合理規(guī)劃和集約利用程度影響著陜西省城鎮(zhèn)化的進(jìn)程。在新型城鎮(zhèn)化建設(shè)的背景下,通過(guò)對(duì)陜西省城鎮(zhèn)化與土地集約利用協(xié)同關(guān)系進(jìn)行研究,從而促進(jìn)陜西省城鎮(zhèn)化與土地集約利用協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展。本文以陜西省所轄四個(gè)城市—西安市、寶雞市、榆林市、漢中市為代表研究區(qū)域,通過(guò)對(duì)相關(guān)基礎(chǔ)概念和理論的梳理,分析城鎮(zhèn)化對(duì)土地集約利用的影響以及土地集約利用對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)化的影響,從而對(duì)城鎮(zhèn)化與土地集約利用的協(xié)同關(guān)系進(jìn)行闡述。然后本文通過(guò)構(gòu)建包含8個(gè)一級(jí)指標(biāo)、21個(gè)二級(jí)指標(biāo)的城鎮(zhèn)化評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)和土地集約利用評(píng)價(jià)系統(tǒng)指標(biāo)體系,運(yùn)用主成分分析法計(jì)算得出各市的城鎮(zhèn)化水平和土地集約利用水平,結(jié)果表明陜西省土地集約利用水平與城鎮(zhèn)化水平總體保持上升趨勢(shì),但各地區(qū)之間的城鎮(zhèn)化水平與土地集約利用水平發(fā)展不平衡,有較為明顯的差距。關(guān)中城市的發(fā)展優(yōu)于陜南、陜北城市的發(fā)展,而且土地的低效利用與城鎮(zhèn)化發(fā)展不平衡的現(xiàn)象并存。在此基礎(chǔ)上論文引用模糊Г型分布的方法,根據(jù)城鎮(zhèn)化與土地集約利用互動(dòng)關(guān)系內(nèi)在機(jī)制及其協(xié)同內(nèi)涵,建立協(xié)同度測(cè)量模型,根據(jù)協(xié)同度的等級(jí)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)最終明確其處于何種協(xié)同狀態(tài),并對(duì)兩個(gè)系統(tǒng)的協(xié)同關(guān)系進(jìn)行深入研究,提出提高城鎮(zhèn)化與土地集約利用協(xié)同對(duì)策。結(jié)果表明:西安市的城鎮(zhèn)化與土地集約利用協(xié)同狀態(tài)處于高度協(xié)同狀態(tài),寶雞市與榆林市在2015年才進(jìn)入高度協(xié)同狀態(tài),這與其城市發(fā)展水平、土地資源是否有效配置有關(guān)系,漢中市自2010年起協(xié)同水平處于低度協(xié)同的狀態(tài),但也一直保持著良好的增長(zhǎng)模式。針對(duì)以上結(jié)論,論文提出了相關(guān)對(duì)策。
[Abstract]:Shaanxi Province is in a period of rapid social and economic rise, the rational planning and intensive use of land affect the process of urbanization in Shaanxi Province.Under the background of new urbanization construction, this paper studies the synergetic relationship between urbanization and intensive land use in Shaanxi Province, so as to promote the coordinated development of urbanization and intensive land use in Shaanxi Province.This paper takes four cities under the jurisdiction of Shaanxi Province-Xi'an, Baoji, Yulin and Hanzhong as the representative research areas, through combing the relevant basic concepts and theories.This paper analyzes the impact of urbanization on intensive land use and the impact of intensive land use on urbanization, and then expounds the synergistic relationship between urbanization and intensive land use.Then, by constructing the evaluation system of urbanization and land intensive utilization, which includes 8 primary indexes and 21 secondary indexes, the paper calculates the urbanization level and land intensive use level of each city by principal component analysis.The results showed that the land intensive use level and urbanization level in Shaanxi Province maintained an upward trend, but the development of urbanization level and land intensive use level among different regions was not balanced, and there was an obvious gap between the level of urbanization and the level of land intensive use.The development of Guanzhong city is better than that of southern and northern Shaanxi cities, and the inefficient utilization of land and the unbalanced development of urbanization coexist.On the basis of this, this paper cites the method of fuzzy distribution, according to the internal mechanism of interaction between urbanization and intensive utilization of land and its synergistic connotation, establishes the model of synergy degree measurement.Finally, according to the grade standard of coordination degree, the coordination state of the two systems is determined, and the synergetic relationship between the two systems is studied in depth, and the countermeasures of improving urbanization and intensive utilization of land are put forward.The results show that the synergy between urbanization and intensive land use in Xi'an is in a highly synergistic state. Baoji City and Yulin City only entered a highly synergistic state in 2015, which is related to the level of urban development and the effective allocation of land resources.Hanzhong City has been in a low level of coordination since 2010, but has also maintained a good growth model.In view of the above conclusion, the paper puts forward the relevant countermeasures.
