【摘要】：休閑農業(yè)是一種既保留了農業(yè)生產的基本特征,又為游客提供多樣化、個性化的休閑服務的產業(yè),因而綜合具備了第一、第三產業(yè)的特征,是一種綜合性的產業(yè)。我國休閑農業(yè)在世界體閑農業(yè)成功發(fā)展的背景下,隨著經濟快速發(fā)展、科技進步、城鎮(zhèn)化水平提高、生活水平提高、閑暇時間增多以及農村基礎設施逐步完善而發(fā)展起來的。民權縣休閑農業(yè)資源豐富,自然景觀多、田園風光優(yōu)美,為發(fā)展休閑農業(yè)提供了必要條件。但由于民權縣休閑農業(yè)缺少合理科學的規(guī)劃,導致其休閑農業(yè)的發(fā)展還停留在初級階段。因此,對民權縣休閑農業(yè)發(fā)展進行研究,對推動民權農村經濟發(fā)展,實現(xiàn)農業(yè)產業(yè)結構調整和社會主義新農村建設具有十分重要的現(xiàn)實意義。本文在界定休閑農業(yè)概念的基礎上,從概念上對觀光農業(yè)、農業(yè)旅游與休閑農業(yè)之間的關系做出分析,了解它們之間的關系,從而更準確的對休閑農業(yè)的資源進行分類,同時對休閑農業(yè)的基本特征進行了總結,闡述了休閑農業(yè)概念、類型。通過搜集有關資料和進行實地調研,對民權縣發(fā)展休閑農業(yè)的優(yōu)勢、劣勢、機遇和挑戰(zhàn)這四個方面進行了論述,從旅游資源、區(qū)位條件、客源基礎以及發(fā)展休閑農業(yè)前景方面分析了民權縣發(fā)展休閑農業(yè)所具備的優(yōu)勢條件,探析了民權縣休閑農業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀以及在發(fā)展當中存在的問題,并在此基礎上提出了民權縣發(fā)展休閑農業(yè)的路徑選擇,合理實現(xiàn)休閑農業(yè)的總體布局。最后,提出了相應的對策建議。
[Abstract]:Leisure agriculture is an industry which not only retains the basic characteristics of agricultural production, but also provides diversified and individualized leisure services for tourists. Therefore, it has the characteristics of the first and third industries and is a comprehensive industry.Under the background of the successful development of leisure agriculture in the world, our leisure agriculture has developed with the rapid development of economy, the progress of science and technology, the improvement of urbanization level, the improvement of living standard, the increase of leisure time and the gradual improvement of rural infrastructure.Minquan County is rich in leisure agriculture resources, natural landscape and beautiful pastoral scenery, which provides the necessary conditions for the development of leisure agriculture.However, due to the lack of rational and scientific planning of leisure agriculture in Minquan County, the development of leisure agriculture is still in the primary stage.Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the development of leisure agriculture in Minquan County, to promote the development of civil rights rural economy, to realize the adjustment of agricultural industrial structure and to build a new socialist countryside.On the basis of defining the concept of leisure agriculture, this paper makes an analysis of tourism agriculture, the relationship between agricultural tourism and leisure agriculture, and understands the relationship between them, so as to classify the resources of leisure agriculture more accurately.At the same time, the basic characteristics of leisure agriculture are summarized, and the concept and types of leisure agriculture are expounded.Through collecting relevant data and carrying out field investigation, this paper discusses the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and challenges of developing leisure agriculture in Minquan County, from the aspects of tourism resources, location conditions,On the basis of tourists and the prospect of developing leisure agriculture, this paper analyzes the advantages and conditions of developing leisure agriculture in Minquan County, and probes into the present situation of leisure agriculture development in Minquan County and the problems existing in the development.On the basis of this, the author puts forward the path choice of developing leisure agriculture in Minquan County, and realizes the overall layout of leisure agriculture reasonably.Finally, the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.
