【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)是國民經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的基礎(chǔ)產(chǎn)業(yè),是人類得以生存的必要前提,也是一個國家實力強(qiáng)大不可缺少的重要因素。進(jìn)入21世紀(jì),工業(yè)和服務(wù)業(yè)迅速發(fā)展,使得人們的生活水平得到了很大的提高,但隨著時代的發(fā)展,傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)造成了環(huán)境污染、土地破壞、能源危機(jī)加劇、生態(tài)環(huán)境惡化等環(huán)境問題,已經(jīng)不能適應(yīng)社會的發(fā)展。生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)由于追求經(jīng)濟(jì)、社會、生態(tài)三大效益的統(tǒng)一,得到各各個國家的普遍認(rèn)可。延安地處黃土高原溝壑區(qū),生態(tài)環(huán)境脆弱,其農(nóng)業(yè)建設(shè)不僅關(guān)乎本地區(qū)的糧食安全及質(zhì)量問題,更加關(guān)乎到整個黃土高原的生態(tài)安全。運用馬克思主義理論,深入研究和探討延安生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展存在的問題及原因,尋求新的發(fā)展之路,有助于提高延安糧食質(zhì)量,保證生態(tài)安全,推進(jìn)社會主義新農(nóng)村建設(shè)。在馬克思主義豐富的思想體系中蘊(yùn)含著許多有關(guān)生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)的思想。其中,馬克思主義經(jīng)典作家關(guān)于人與自然、物質(zhì)變換、合理農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展途徑、農(nóng)業(yè)生態(tài)影響因素、改善未來生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)方式等的論述為推動生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展提供了堅實的理論基礎(chǔ);中國化的馬克思主義在此基礎(chǔ)上也提出了加強(qiáng)林業(yè)保護(hù)、人與自然和諧相處、轉(zhuǎn)變農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展方式、建設(shè)美麗中國等理論,這些都為生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展奠定了基礎(chǔ)。本文分五部分進(jìn)行闡釋:第一部分為引言,分析了本文的選題背景及意義,對國內(nèi)外關(guān)于生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)的定義、模式、特點及不足進(jìn)行了論述;第二部分為相關(guān)概念界定及理論基礎(chǔ),對農(nóng)業(yè)、生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)等相關(guān)概念進(jìn)行了界定,對馬克思主義經(jīng)典作家及中國化的馬克思主義關(guān)于生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)的理論進(jìn)行了闡釋;第三部分為延安生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)的概況,依據(jù)一定的實地調(diào)查和網(wǎng)絡(luò)資源了解到延安市的基本情況、發(fā)展生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)的有利條件以及目前所取得的成績;第四部分為延安生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展存在的問題及原因,其中存在的問題主要有產(chǎn)業(yè)規(guī)模小、生產(chǎn)方式粗放、標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化程度低、服務(wù)體系不健全、效益低等;第五部分為延安發(fā)展生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)的基本構(gòu)想,提出要堅持馬克思主義的指導(dǎo),遵循因地制宜、可持續(xù)、高效性原則,堅持政府主導(dǎo)、農(nóng)民參與的發(fā)展路線,將延安生態(tài)農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展推向新階段。
[Abstract]:Agriculture is the basic industry for the development of national economy, is the necessary prerequisite for the survival of human beings, and is also an indispensable factor for the strength of a country.In the 21st century, with the rapid development of industry and service industry, people's living standards have been greatly improved, but with the development of the times, traditional agriculture has caused environmental pollution, land destruction and energy crisis.Environmental problems, such as the deterioration of the ecological environment, have been unable to adapt to the development of society.Because of pursuing the unity of economic, social and ecological benefits, ecological agriculture is generally recognized by all countries.Yan'an is located in the gully region of the Loess Plateau, and its ecological environment is fragile. Its agricultural construction not only relates to the food security and quality of the region, but also to the ecological security of the whole Loess Plateau.By using Marxist theory, the problems and causes of the development of ecological agriculture in Yan'an are deeply studied and discussed, and a new way of development is sought, which will help to improve the quality of grain in Yan'an, ensure ecological security and promote the construction of a new socialist countryside.There are many thoughts about ecological agriculture in the rich thought system of Marxism.Among them, Marxist classic writers on man and nature, material transformation, rational agricultural development approach, agricultural ecological factors,The exposition of improving the way of ecological agriculture in the future provides a solid theoretical basis for promoting the development of ecological agriculture, on the basis of which the Sinicized Marxism also proposes to strengthen forestry protection and harmonious coexistence between man and nature.The theories of changing the mode of agricultural development and building beautiful China have laid the foundation for the development of ecological agriculture.This paper is divided into five parts to explain: the first part is the introduction, analysis of the background and significance of this topic, the definition, model, characteristics and shortcomings of ecological agriculture at home and abroad are discussed;The second part is the definition and theoretical basis of the relevant concepts, such as agriculture, ecological agriculture and other related concepts are defined, the classic Marxist writers and the Sinicization of Marxist theory on ecological agriculture are explained.The third part is the general situation of ecological agriculture in Yan'an, according to certain field investigation and network resources to understand the basic situation of Yan'an, the favorable conditions for the development of ecological agriculture and the achievements made at present;The fourth part is the problems and causes of the development of ecological agriculture in Yan'an. The main problems are the small scale of industry, extensive production mode, low standardization, imperfect service system, low efficiency and so on.The fifth part is the basic conception of the development of ecological agriculture in Yan'an, and puts forward that we should adhere to the guidance of Marxism, follow the principles of local conditions, sustainability and efficiency, adhere to the development line of government leading and farmers participating.The development of ecological agriculture in Yan'an will be pushed to a new stage.
