【摘要】：擴(kuò)大農(nóng)村居民消費(fèi)不僅是改善民生背景下改善農(nóng)村民生的頭等大事,也是我國擴(kuò)大內(nèi)需、全面建成小康社會(huì)和建設(shè)社會(huì)主義新農(nóng)村的迫切要求。長期以來,我國一直實(shí)行城鄉(xiāng)分割的二元體制,并且是輕農(nóng)村、重城市,輕消費(fèi)、重積累,輕生活、重建設(shè),致使我國農(nóng)村居民消費(fèi)水平過低,城鄉(xiāng)居民消費(fèi)差距過大。近些年來,隨著黨和政府對(duì)改善農(nóng)村民生力度的加大,農(nóng)村居民消費(fèi)狀況有了一定的改善,但農(nóng)村居民消費(fèi)水平仍舊較低,并且城鄉(xiāng)居民消費(fèi)差距依舊在全世界名列前茅。如何擴(kuò)大農(nóng)村居民消費(fèi),這既是我國面臨的當(dāng)務(wù)之急,也是理論界亟需解決的重要課題。本文以改善民生背景下擴(kuò)大農(nóng)村居民消費(fèi)的路徑與政策為研究對(duì)象,運(yùn)用理論與實(shí)證相結(jié)合、定性與定量相結(jié)合等研究方法,從分析改善民生背景下我國農(nóng)村居民消費(fèi)的現(xiàn)狀入手,深入探討并驗(yàn)證了制約我國農(nóng)村居民消費(fèi)擴(kuò)大的因素。并在此基礎(chǔ)上,探究了改善民生背景下擴(kuò)大我國農(nóng)村居民消費(fèi)的路徑與政策。本文的創(chuàng)新之處主要表現(xiàn)在:(1)構(gòu)建了本選題的分析框架。由于學(xué)術(shù)界對(duì)改善民生背景下擴(kuò)大我國農(nóng)村居民消費(fèi)的路徑與政策尚未進(jìn)行全面系統(tǒng)的理論分析,對(duì)在新形勢(shì)下如何擴(kuò)大農(nóng)村居民消費(fèi)也存在不同的看法。因此,全面系統(tǒng)地分析改善民生背景下擴(kuò)大農(nóng)村居民消費(fèi)的路徑與政策,可以彌補(bǔ)該領(lǐng)域系統(tǒng)研究的空缺。(2)探究改善民生背景下擴(kuò)大農(nóng)村居民消費(fèi)的路徑與政策,可為我國擴(kuò)大農(nóng)村居民消費(fèi)找到新的突破口,這個(gè)新的突破口就是要抓住改善民生這一歷史契機(jī),通過一些有效改善農(nóng)村民生的措施來擴(kuò)大農(nóng)村居民消費(fèi)。
[Abstract]:Expanding the consumption of rural residents is not only the most important task to improve rural people's livelihood under the background of improving people's livelihood, but also the urgent requirement of expanding domestic demand, building a well-off society in an all-round way and building a new socialist countryside.For a long time, our country has been implementing the dual system of urban-rural division, and is light of countryside, city, consumption, accumulation, life and construction, which leads to the low consumption level of rural residents and the excessive gap between urban and rural residents.In recent years, with the increasing efforts of the Party and government to improve the people's livelihood in rural areas, the consumption situation of rural residents has improved to a certain extent, but the consumption level of rural residents is still relatively low, and the gap between urban and rural residents' consumption is still among the highest in the world.How to expand the consumption of rural residents is not only an urgent task for our country, but also an important subject for theoretical circles to solve.This paper takes the path and policy of expanding rural residents' consumption under the background of improving people's livelihood as the research object, and applies the research methods such as combining theory and practice, qualitative and quantitative analysis, etc.Based on the analysis of the current situation of rural residents' consumption under the background of improving people's livelihood, this paper probes into and verifies the factors restricting the expansion of rural residents' consumption.On this basis, the paper explores the ways and policies to expand the consumption of rural residents under the background of improving people's livelihood.The innovation of this paper is mainly reflected in the analysis frame of this topic.As the academic circles have not carried out a comprehensive and systematic theoretical analysis on the path and policy of expanding rural residents' consumption under the background of improving people's livelihood, there are different views on how to expand rural residents' consumption under the new situation.Therefore, a comprehensive and systematic analysis of the path and policy of expanding rural residents' consumption under the background of improving people's livelihood can make up for the gap in systematic research in this field) and explore the path and policy of expanding rural residents' consumption under the background of improving people's livelihood.This new breakthrough is to seize the historical opportunity of improving people's livelihood and to expand rural residents' consumption through some effective measures to improve rural people's livelihood.
