【摘要】：休閑農(nóng)業(yè)是推動(dòng)農(nóng)業(yè)轉(zhuǎn)型發(fā)展的新型休閑旅游經(jīng)營形態(tài),是加速農(nóng)業(yè)現(xiàn)代化進(jìn)程的有效途徑。為保障休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的持續(xù)發(fā)展,對(duì)休閑農(nóng)業(yè)園區(qū)的游客滿意度研究已成為重要的研究課題。北大荒現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)園是黑龍江墾區(qū)國有農(nóng)場中最具代表性的休閑農(nóng)業(yè)示范園區(qū),因此,研究北大荒現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)園游客滿意度具有重要的實(shí)踐意義。首先,運(yùn)用結(jié)構(gòu)方程模型,結(jié)合對(duì)北大荒現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)園實(shí)地調(diào)研結(jié)果,構(gòu)建北大荒現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)園游客滿意度結(jié)構(gòu)模型,通過驗(yàn)證和分析得出北大荒現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)園游客滿意度影響機(jī)理,主要包括,游客滿意度主要影響因素按影響程度排序依次為:參與性項(xiàng)目、園區(qū)人員服務(wù)、農(nóng)園環(huán)境;農(nóng)園環(huán)境是農(nóng)園形象改善的有效途徑。北大荒現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)園特有機(jī)理是,可達(dá)程度和價(jià)格感知對(duì)游客滿意度無顯著影響。其次,根據(jù)影響機(jī)理提出游客滿意度提升策略,包括:游客參與項(xiàng)目有效增加、園區(qū)服務(wù)質(zhì)量提升、園區(qū)環(huán)境改善、園區(qū)商業(yè)化運(yùn)作增強(qiáng)策略。最后,為保障策略實(shí)施,提出相應(yīng)措施。上述研究機(jī)理可為休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展提供科學(xué)依據(jù),也為北大荒現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)園提供管理支持。
[Abstract]:Leisure agriculture is a new form of leisure tourism management to promote the transformation and development of agriculture, and is an effective way to accelerate the process of agricultural modernization.In order to ensure the sustainable development of leisure agriculture, the research on tourist satisfaction of leisure agriculture park has become an important research topic.Beidahuang modern agricultural garden is the most representative leisure agriculture demonstration park in Heilongjiang reclamation area. Therefore, it is of great practical significance to study the tourist satisfaction of Beidahuang modern agricultural park.First of all, using structural equation model, combining with the field investigation results of Beidahuang modern agricultural garden, this paper constructs the tourist satisfaction structure model of Beidahuang modern agricultural garden, and obtains the influence mechanism of Beidahuang modern agricultural garden's tourist satisfaction by verification and analysis.The main influencing factors of tourist satisfaction are as follows: participatory projects, personnel service and environment, and the environment is an effective way to improve the image of rural gardens.The unique mechanism of Beidahuang modern agricultural garden is that the degree of reachability and price perception have no significant influence on tourist satisfaction.Secondly, according to the influence mechanism, the paper puts forward the strategies of enhancing tourist satisfaction, including: the effective increase of tourist participation, the improvement of service quality, the improvement of park environment, and the enhancement of commercial operation of the park.Finally, in order to ensure the implementation of the strategy, put forward the corresponding measures.The research mechanism can provide scientific basis for the development of leisure agriculture, and also provide management support for Beidahuang modern agricultural park.
