【摘要】：在經(jīng)濟(jì)新常態(tài)背景下,返鄉(xiāng)農(nóng)民工的創(chuàng)業(yè)選擇日益成為大家關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)。文章借助CHIPS微觀調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),系統(tǒng)評(píng)估了外出務(wù)工經(jīng)歷對(duì)返鄉(xiāng)農(nóng)民工自主創(chuàng)業(yè)的影響。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),外出務(wù)工經(jīng)歷顯著提高了農(nóng)民自主創(chuàng)業(yè)的概率。在處理了遺漏變量和外溢效應(yīng)等內(nèi)生性問(wèn)題后,結(jié)果依舊穩(wěn)健。在基本結(jié)論的基礎(chǔ)上,文章還對(duì)社會(huì)資本的中介作用進(jìn)行了實(shí)證檢驗(yàn)。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn):與留守本地農(nóng)民相比,有過(guò)外出務(wù)工經(jīng)歷的農(nóng)民的社會(huì)關(guān)系網(wǎng)絡(luò)更加廣泛,且更容易獲取創(chuàng)業(yè)資金、客戶資源和經(jīng)營(yíng)許可。此外,文章進(jìn)一步考察了外出務(wù)工經(jīng)歷對(duì)不同類型創(chuàng)業(yè)項(xiàng)目的異質(zhì)性影響。具體看,外出務(wù)工經(jīng)歷對(duì)初始投資規(guī)模較小和以發(fā)展為目的的創(chuàng)業(yè)項(xiàng)目影響顯著,對(duì)初始投資規(guī)模較大和以生存為目的的創(chuàng)業(yè)項(xiàng)目無(wú)明顯作用。文章研究不僅有助于解釋不同類型農(nóng)民在創(chuàng)業(yè)決策上存在的巨大差異,還為當(dāng)下政府支持返鄉(xiāng)農(nóng)民工創(chuàng)業(yè)提供了可借鑒的理論依據(jù)。
[Abstract]:Under the background of the new normal economy, the entrepreneurial choice of returning migrant workers has become the focus of attention.With the help of CHIPS microcosmic survey data, this paper systematically evaluates the influence of migrant workers' experience on the self-employment of migrant workers returning to their hometown.The study found that the experience of migrant workers significantly increased the probability of farmers starting their own businesses.After dealing with endogenous problems such as missing variables and spillover effects, the results are still robust.On the basis of the basic conclusions, the paper also makes an empirical test on the intermediary role of social capital.The results show that the social network of the peasants who have worked outside the home is more extensive than that of the left-behind local farmers, and it is easier to obtain venture capital, customer resources and operating permits.In addition, the heterogeneity of the experience of migrant workers on different types of entrepreneurial projects was further investigated.Specifically, the experience of migrant workers has a significant impact on the small scale of initial investment and the development of entrepreneurial projects, but has no obvious effect on the larger scale of initial investment and the entrepreneurial projects aimed at survival.This paper not only helps to explain the huge differences in the entrepreneurial decisions of different types of farmers, but also provides a theoretical basis for the government to support migrant workers returning to start their own businesses.
