【摘要】：臺灣農(nóng)民創(chuàng)業(yè)園是深入推進兩岸農(nóng)業(yè)交流與合作的重要平臺,也是滿足兩岸農(nóng)民利益的共同需要,實現(xiàn)兩岸現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)合作雙贏的先行示范區(qū)。近年來,隨著閩臺農(nóng)業(yè)合作領域的不斷拓寬,閩臺交流的不斷深化發(fā)展,福建省的臺灣農(nóng)民創(chuàng)業(yè)園充分利用自身優(yōu)勢,轉變發(fā)展思路,積極推動傳統(tǒng)的農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)等第一產(chǎn)業(yè)向農(nóng)業(yè)加工、休閑服務等二、三產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展,并將休閑農(nóng)業(yè)視為產(chǎn)業(yè)轉型升級的重要方向。目前,福建省6家國家級臺灣農(nóng)民創(chuàng)業(yè)園的休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展頗有規(guī)模、各具特色,并在社會、經(jīng)濟、生態(tài)等方面收獲了良好的效益,但在其迅速發(fā)展的過程中也暴露出許多問題尚待解決。本文首先在運用文獻研究法、實地調查法的基礎上,對福建臺灣農(nóng)民創(chuàng)業(yè)園及其休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展狀況進行總體分析。然后運用SWOT分析法對其內部的競爭優(yōu)勢、競爭劣勢,以及外部所面臨的機遇、挑戰(zhàn)4個方面進行較全面系統(tǒng)的分析評價,總結得出最有利于其發(fā)展的SO戰(zhàn)略模式。接著選擇漳平臺灣農(nóng)民創(chuàng)業(yè)園休閑農(nóng)業(yè)作為案例分析對象,對其游客進行問卷調查,并從調查結果中分析總結出該創(chuàng)業(yè)園休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展中存在的問題。最后結合SWOT分析和案例分析的結果,從配套設施、人才培養(yǎng)、經(jīng)營管理、品牌建設、宣傳營銷、閩臺合作、資金融通、政策完善等方面,構建出福建臺灣農(nóng)民創(chuàng)業(yè)園在休閑農(nóng)業(yè)方面的提升策略。
[Abstract]:Taiwan Peasant pioneering Park is an important platform for promoting cross-strait agricultural exchanges and cooperation, and is also an example area to meet the common needs of farmers on both sides of the strait and to realize a win-win situation in modern agricultural cooperation between the two sides of the Taiwan Strait.In recent years, with the continuous expansion of the field of agricultural cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan and the continuous deepening of exchanges between Fujian and Taiwan, the Taiwan Peasant pioneering Park in Fujian Province has made full use of its own advantages to change its development thinking.Promoting the traditional agricultural production and other primary industries to agricultural processing, leisure services and other secondary and tertiary industries, and leisure agriculture as an important direction of industrial transformation and upgrading.At present, the leisure agriculture development of 6 national Taiwan farmers' pioneering parks in Fujian Province is quite large-scale and has its own characteristics, and has yielded good benefits in social, economic, ecological and other aspects.But in its rapid development process also exposed many problems remain to be solved.On the basis of literature research and field investigation, this paper makes a general analysis on the development of Fujian Peasants' pioneering Park and its leisure agriculture.Then the paper makes a comprehensive and systematic analysis and evaluation of its internal competitive advantage, competitive disadvantage, and external opportunities and challenges by using SWOT analysis method, and concludes the most favorable so strategic mode for its development.Secondly, the leisure agriculture of Zhangping Peasant Start-up Park is selected as the case study object, and the problems existing in the development of leisure agriculture are analyzed and summarized from the survey results.Finally, combined with the results of SWOT analysis and case analysis, from the supporting facilities, talent training, management, brand building, marketing, Fujian-Taiwan cooperation, financing, policy improvement, etc.Construct the promotion strategy of Fujian Taiwan Peasant pioneering Park in leisure agriculture.
