基于灰色Malmquist-DEA的中國糧食生產(chǎn)效率分析

【摘要】:選取全國各省糧食生產(chǎn)指標(biāo)面板數(shù)據(jù),對數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行灰色擬合處理,采用數(shù)據(jù)包絡(luò)分析(DEA)法,測算各區(qū)域的糧食生產(chǎn)效率,得到投入產(chǎn)出體系的要素冗余值;同時測算了各區(qū)域的全要素生產(chǎn)率,并對Malmquist指數(shù)進(jìn)行分解,分析各區(qū)域的效率變化和技術(shù)變化趨勢.結(jié)果顯示:東、西部地區(qū)糧食生產(chǎn)投入要素大量冗余,要素配置效率不高,中部地區(qū)要素利用率較高,要素配置趨于合理;效率變化對全要素生產(chǎn)率的作用不明顯,而技術(shù)進(jìn)步是全要素生產(chǎn)率增長的關(guān)鍵驅(qū)動因素.
[Abstract]:The grain production index panel data of all provinces are selected, the data are processed by grey fitting, the grain production efficiency of each region is calculated by using data envelopment analysis (DEA) method, and the essential factor redundancy value of input-output system is obtained.At the same time, the total factor productivity of each region is measured, and the Malmquist index is decomposed to analyze the change of efficiency and the trend of technology change in each region.The results show that in the east and west regions, the input factors of grain production are redundant, the factor allocation efficiency is not high, the factor utilization ratio is high in the central region, and the factor allocation tends to be reasonable, and the effect of the efficiency change on the total factor productivity is not obvious.Technological progress is the key driver of total factor productivity growth.
