【摘要】：2013年,中央一號文件對增強(qiáng)農(nóng)村金融活力并加速現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的相關(guān)政策中四次突出強(qiáng)調(diào)家庭農(nóng)場的發(fā)展問題,相對于傳統(tǒng)以家庭為農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)營形式的發(fā)展模式,家庭農(nóng)場是農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)營模式的升級,是符合現(xiàn)代農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營發(fā)展要求的新形式,是新型農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)營主體的重要組成部分。黑龍江省是我國的農(nóng)業(yè)大省,作為全國重要的糧食主產(chǎn)區(qū),目前也在大力推行家庭農(nóng)場發(fā)展模式,適度規(guī)模經(jīng)營的家庭農(nóng)場模式有利于提高農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)效率,從而使農(nóng)產(chǎn)品在流通過程中的商品率得到有效地提高,使黑龍江省農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展更加專業(yè)化、集約化、商品化。但隨著家庭農(nóng)場規(guī)模的不斷發(fā)展壯大,資金缺口大,融資難等問題日益凸顯,成為制約當(dāng)前五常市家庭農(nóng)場發(fā)展的最大掣肘。本論文以家庭農(nóng)場和金融融資相關(guān)理論為基礎(chǔ),以“研究相關(guān)文獻(xiàn)一分析現(xiàn)狀一提出問題一分析問題一提出對策建議”為具體思路,進(jìn)行文章的撰寫。本研究按照傳統(tǒng)的研究思路,提問、分析、回答的方式研究黑龍江省五常市家庭農(nóng)場,首先對五常市家庭農(nóng)場的定義及相關(guān)融資理論進(jìn)行界定;然后把調(diào)研所得的數(shù)據(jù)進(jìn)行整理,然后進(jìn)行系統(tǒng)化的分析,詳細(xì)介紹了黑龍江省五常市家庭農(nóng)場的資金供給現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展情況,得到五常市家庭農(nóng)場資金短缺的成因,再運(yùn)用數(shù)學(xué)分析方法對制約五常市家庭農(nóng)融資因素進(jìn)行分析,在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合調(diào)研實(shí)例梳理影響因素;最后,從五常市家庭農(nóng)場自身、農(nóng)村金融機(jī)構(gòu)、政府政策三方面入手,為滿足五常市家庭農(nóng)場擴(kuò)大產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)營領(lǐng)域、擴(kuò)大集約化生產(chǎn)、提高家庭農(nóng)場經(jīng)營效率等方面提出有效解決五常市家庭農(nóng)場融資問題的對策及發(fā)展建議。
[Abstract]:In 2013, in the policies related to strengthening the rural financial vitality and accelerating the development of modern agriculture, the Central Committee No. 1 document highlighted the development of family farms four times, compared with the traditional development model of family-oriented agricultural management.Family farm is an upgrade of agricultural management mode, a new form of modern agricultural production and management development, and an important part of the new agricultural management subject.Heilongjiang Province is a major agricultural province in China. As an important grain producing area in the country, Heilongjiang Province is also vigorously promoting the family farm development model. The family farm mode with moderate scale management is conducive to improving the agricultural production efficiency.Thus, the commodity rate of agricultural products in the circulation process can be effectively increased, and the agricultural development of Heilongjiang Province will be more specialized, intensive and commercialized.However, with the continuous development of family farm scale, large funding gap, financing difficulties and other issues have become increasingly prominent, which has become the biggest constraint to the development of family farms in Wuchang City.Based on the theory of family farm and financial financing, this paper is composed of "research related literature-analysis status quo-put forward problem-analysis problem-put forward countermeasures and suggestions".This research studies the family farm of Wuchang city in Heilongjiang province according to the traditional research thought, question, analysis and answer. Firstly, it defines the definition and related financing theory of the family farm in Wuchang city.Then the data obtained from the investigation are sorted out, and then the systematic analysis is carried out, and the present situation and development of the family farm funds supply in Wuchang City of Heilongjiang Province are introduced in detail, and the causes of the shortage of family farm funds in Wuchang City are obtained.On the basis of analyzing the factors restricting the financing of family agriculture in Wuchang City by using mathematical analysis method, and combing the influencing factors with investigation examples; finally, starting from three aspects of family farm itself, rural financial institutions and government policies in Wuchang City.In order to meet the needs of expanding the field of industrial management, expanding intensive production and improving the management efficiency of family farms in Wuchang City, the countermeasures and development suggestions for solving the financing problems of family farms in Wuchang City are put forward.
