【摘要】：改革開放以來,我國經(jīng)濟一直處于高速發(fā)展的狀態(tài),隨著工業(yè)化與城市化進程的不斷加快,農(nóng)民工數(shù)量也不斷增加,農(nóng)民工這個群體也越來越受到學者們的關注。作為一個農(nóng)業(yè)大國,中國擁有基數(shù)龐大的農(nóng)村勞動力,他們在城鄉(xiāng)“二元經(jīng)濟”的影響下大量進入城市。如何妥善解決農(nóng)民工職業(yè)發(fā)展、幫助農(nóng)民工群體市民化成為了中國發(fā)展路上不可避免的一大議題。本研究以社會資本為切入點,以“武漢地區(qū)農(nóng)民工社會資本存量及職業(yè)流動性”的實地調(diào)研為依據(jù),結合GMM估計的計量方法,深入研究農(nóng)民工的職業(yè)流動對其社會資本積累的影響和作用。這不僅有利于經(jīng)濟學與社會學中交叉學科的理論完善,更有利于幫助農(nóng)民工解決職業(yè)流動選擇問題,為農(nóng)民工積累社會資本和實現(xiàn)職業(yè)發(fā)展提出了新的解決方案。本文一共分為四個部分,第一部分為緒論。第二部分為理論依據(jù)部分,主要梳理了社會資本的來源、層次及衡量方式,理清其他學者有關農(nóng)民工社會資本與職業(yè)流動性關系的學術成果。第三部分為武漢地區(qū)農(nóng)民工職業(yè)流動性對其社會資本積累的調(diào)研情況及實證分析,是整篇研究的核心所在。本章主要從武漢地區(qū)農(nóng)民工的基性別、年齡、工作滿意度、參加培訓情況及獲取職業(yè)信息的渠道五類進行數(shù)據(jù)描述,并為后面的計量分析提供數(shù)據(jù)支持。首先,是建立相關實證模型;其次,變量選擇與衡量,在建立社會資本存量與職業(yè)流動性關系模型后,本文對農(nóng)民工社會資本存量構建了立體的二維評價體系,整理出農(nóng)民工社會資本存量情況,選取職業(yè)流動性及其他控制變量的衡量指標;再次,選擇計量工具,本研究中選取的是GMM估計法,通過加入年齡、性別、每天工作時長作為工具變量進行數(shù)值估計;最后,得出計量結果,農(nóng)民工的職業(yè)流動性對社會資本存在正向的影響作用,即職業(yè)流動性的提高可以幫助農(nóng)民工群體積累社會資本。最后第四部分為結論與啟示,通過以上分析可以得出結論,農(nóng)民工的職業(yè)流動性對其社會資本積累起著重要的作用。流動性可以幫助農(nóng)民工找到匹配工作的工作,融入城市生活,對提升其職業(yè)社會資本有著積極的促進作用,而社會資本的積累意味著能從社會網(wǎng)絡中獲取的信息和資源也更多,反過來也會有利于農(nóng)民工尋求更好的工作機會,實現(xiàn)職業(yè)流動、謀求職業(yè)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, China's economy has been in a state of rapid development. With the acceleration of industrialization and urbanization, the number of migrant workers is also increasing, and the group of migrant workers has been paid more and more attention by scholars.As a large agricultural country, China has a large number of rural labor force, they enter cities in large numbers under the influence of urban and rural "dual economy".How to properly solve the professional development of migrant workers and help the urbanization of migrant workers has become an inevitable issue on the road of China's development.This study takes social capital as the breakthrough point, based on the field investigation of "the stock of social capital and occupational mobility of migrant workers in Wuhan area", combined with the measurement method of GMM estimation.To study the influence and function of migrant workers' occupational mobility on their social capital accumulation.This is not only conducive to the improvement of the theory of interdiscipline in economics and sociology, but also to helping migrant workers to solve the problem of occupational mobility choice, and put forward a new solution for migrant workers to accumulate social capital and realize their career development.This paper is divided into four parts, the first part is an introduction.The second part is the theoretical basis, mainly combing the sources, levels and measurement of social capital, and sorting out the academic achievements of other scholars on the relationship between migrant workers' social capital and occupational mobility.The third part is the research and empirical analysis on the accumulation of social capital by the professional mobility of migrant workers in Wuhan, which is the core of the whole study.This chapter describes the basic sex, age, job satisfaction, participation in training and access to career information of migrant workers in Wuhan, and provides data support for the measurement analysis.First of all, the establishment of relevant empirical model; secondly, variable selection and measurement, after the establishment of the relationship between social capital stock and occupational mobility model, this paper constructs a three-dimensional two-dimensional evaluation system for migrant workers' social capital stock.Sort out the situation of migrant workers' social capital stock, select the measurement indicators of occupational mobility and other control variables; thirdly, choose the measurement tools, this study selected the GMM estimation method, through the addition of age, sex,The length of working hours per day is used as a tool variable for numerical estimation. Finally, the measurement results show that the occupational mobility of migrant workers has a positive impact on social capital.That is, the improvement of occupational mobility can help migrant workers accumulate social capital.Finally, the fourth part is the conclusion and enlightenment. Through the above analysis, we can draw a conclusion that the occupational mobility of migrant workers plays an important role in the accumulation of social capital.Mobility can help migrant workers find jobs that match their jobs, integrate into urban life and have a positive impact on upgrading their professional social capital, which means more information and resources can be obtained from social networks.In turn, it will help migrant workers to seek better job opportunities, achieve career mobility, and seek career development.
