三門峽北營(yíng)村“地坑院”鄉(xiāng)村旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展規(guī)劃策略研究

【摘要】:隨著國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)收入不斷增加,人民生活水平不斷提高,快節(jié)奏的城市生活給人們帶來了的壓力正逐漸增大,旅游需求從身體享樂向精神追求轉(zhuǎn)變,鄉(xiāng)村旅游作為這種需求的主要提供者,得到了迅速發(fā)展。自上世紀(jì)90年代,“地坑院”村落陸續(xù)發(fā)展鄉(xiāng)村旅游,開發(fā)模式種類繁多,發(fā)展經(jīng)營(yíng)有高潮有低谷,鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展整體并不理想。在發(fā)展過程中存在許多問題,旅游服務(wù)設(shè)施配套、產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展、產(chǎn)品開發(fā)、營(yíng)銷管理等制約著“地坑院”鄉(xiāng)村旅游的發(fā)展。鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展的終極目標(biāo)是可持續(xù)。鄉(xiāng)村旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展應(yīng)以基于鄉(xiāng)村生態(tài)環(huán)境和資源稟賦的承載能力,保護(hù)鄉(xiāng)村環(huán)境,延續(xù)鄉(xiāng)村文化,找準(zhǔn)鄉(xiāng)村自然環(huán)境、文化脈絡(luò)、生存環(huán)境與旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展的平衡點(diǎn);最終實(shí)現(xiàn)旅游經(jīng)營(yíng)者、鄉(xiāng)村居民、旅游者、鄉(xiāng)村環(huán)境四者利益協(xié)調(diào)一致。如何實(shí)現(xiàn)“地坑院”鄉(xiāng)村旅游在旅游地生命周期中保持發(fā)展長(zhǎng)盛不衰已成為一個(gè)亟待解決的問題。論文通過調(diào)研分析三門峽北營(yíng)村“地坑院”鄉(xiāng)村旅游發(fā)展基礎(chǔ)現(xiàn)狀、旅游資源、旅游市場(chǎng),界定北營(yíng)村“地坑院”鄉(xiāng)村旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展的主次影響因素,提出了區(qū)域空間依城、靠景、順路發(fā)展理念,秉承差異化原則、多元化原則、規(guī);瓌t、品牌化原則、“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)+”原則,從旅游設(shè)施規(guī)劃、旅游產(chǎn)品體系與游線規(guī)劃、旅游商品開發(fā)與購物規(guī)劃等角度論證優(yōu)化其規(guī)劃,同時(shí)針對(duì)三門峽北營(yíng)村“地坑院”鄉(xiāng)村旅游運(yùn)營(yíng)管理出現(xiàn)的問題,提出了保護(hù)自然生態(tài)和人文生態(tài)環(huán)境,融合農(nóng)、工、服三旅產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展鏈條,優(yōu)化旅游品牌、升級(jí)旅游形象、拓展旅游市場(chǎng),推進(jìn)鄉(xiāng)村旅游標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化、信息化建設(shè),優(yōu)化“智慧景區(qū)”建設(shè),積極引導(dǎo)社區(qū)村民參與到北營(yíng)村“地坑院”鄉(xiāng)村旅游運(yùn)營(yíng)管理當(dāng)中,最后從政策、資金、人才、安全、互益體協(xié)調(diào)、雙統(tǒng)籌六方面構(gòu)建保障體系,實(shí)現(xiàn)多產(chǎn)業(yè)多部門聯(lián)動(dòng),促進(jìn)鄉(xiāng)村旅游可持續(xù)發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:Along with the increasing income, improving people's lives, fast-paced city life brings pressure is gradually increasing, the tourism demand from the body to change the spirit of the pursuit of pleasure, rural tourism as the main provider of this demand, got fast development. Since the last century, in 90s, the "pit" Village Development the rural tourism development pattern in succession, a wide variety of business development, there are ups and downs, the overall development of rural tourism is not ideal. There are many problems in the process of development, tourism service facilities, industrial development, product development, marketing management restricts the development of rural tourism in the pit ". The ultimate goal is the development of rural tourism sustainable. The sustainable development of rural tourism should be based on the carrying capacity of the rural ecological environment and natural resources on the basis of the protection of the rural environment, the continuation of rural culture, identify the country The natural environment, cultural context, balance the living environment and the sustainable development of tourism; the final realization of the tour operators, tourists, rural residents, rural environment of the four coordinated interest. How to realize the "pit" rural tourism development in prosperous tourism life cycle has become an urgent problem to be solved. This paper through the investigation Sanmenxia North Village "pits" rural tourism development based on the status quo, analysis of tourism resources, tourism market, the primary and secondary factors affecting definition North Village "pits" rural tourism sustainable development, the regional space in the city, by the king, on the idea of development, uphold the principle of differentiation, the principle of diversification, scale, brand the principle of "Internet plus" principle, from the planning of tourism facilities, tourism product system and tourist line planning, optimizing the planning and development of tourism commodities shopping planning perspective At the same time, according to the Sanmenxia North Village "pits" rural tourism management problems, put forward the protection of natural ecology and human ecology environment, agricultural industry, clothing fusion, three tourism industry chain optimization and upgrading of the tourism image, tourism brand, expand the tourism market, promote rural tourism standardization, informatization construction, optimization wisdom scenic construction, and actively guide the community villagers to participate in the "pit" North Village Rural Tourism Management, finally from the policy, funding, personnel, security, mutual benefit body coordination, construction of the security system of double and six aspects, multi industry multi sectoral linkage, promote the sustainable development of rural tourism.
