【摘要】：我國(guó)的飼料工業(yè)起步相對(duì)較晚,70年代末期,隨著改革開放的春風(fēng),我國(guó)相繼成立了一些以國(guó)營(yíng)性質(zhì)為代表的飼料企業(yè),這標(biāo)志著我國(guó)飼料工業(yè)的起步,而到了80年代中期,隨著我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)的進(jìn)一步發(fā)展和政策環(huán)境的逐步改善,我國(guó)飼料企業(yè)也進(jìn)入了一個(gè)迅速發(fā)展的階段。我國(guó)飼料工業(yè)發(fā)展至今,已經(jīng)取得了較好成績(jī),其飼料總產(chǎn)量已躍居世界第一位。飼料工業(yè)作為我國(guó)工業(yè)體系中的重要組成部分,對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的推動(dòng)作用已越來越明顯。而飼料企業(yè)作為飼料工業(yè)體系中的微觀經(jīng)濟(jì)主體,對(duì)我國(guó)的飼料工業(yè)發(fā)展又起著非常重要的作用,飼料企業(yè)的整體綜合實(shí)力和市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的強(qiáng)弱在一定程度上決定著我國(guó)飼料工業(yè)的發(fā)展。對(duì)于一個(gè)企業(yè)來說,決定其生存和未來發(fā)展的是這個(gè)企業(yè)現(xiàn)在和未來的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力。因此,企業(yè)之間競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的差異程度將決定企業(yè)在市場(chǎng)中的地位。對(duì)于企業(yè)來說,必須把如何提高企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提到戰(zhàn)略高度來進(jìn)行研究,所以企業(yè)必須把握和充分利用好內(nèi)外資源,在殘酷的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)中,不斷進(jìn)行自我的完善和提高,從而持續(xù)保持市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力,推動(dòng)企業(yè)不斷向前發(fā)展壯大。當(dāng)前理論界對(duì)飼料企業(yè)研究的方向和內(nèi)容及使用的研究方法很多,但概括起來主要側(cè)重于定性研究,關(guān)注的焦點(diǎn)主要是當(dāng)前飼料企業(yè)及行業(yè)的現(xiàn)狀、存在的不足、以及未來飼料企業(yè)及行業(yè)發(fā)展的方向、提出的意見和對(duì)策等,而對(duì)飼料企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力進(jìn)行定量研究的很少,因此本文重點(diǎn)研究企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的構(gòu)成因素,通過引入因子分析法對(duì)飼料企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)體系進(jìn)行研究,并為飼料企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的研究構(gòu)建評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系和方法,這不僅豐富了理論界對(duì)飼料企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的研究視角,同時(shí)也對(duì)飼料企業(yè)如何提高競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力有很好的理論指導(dǎo)意義。本文對(duì)飼料企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的研究思路是首先綜合了理論界對(duì)飼料企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的前期研究,在此基礎(chǔ)上,結(jié)合當(dāng)前中國(guó)飼料企業(yè)的發(fā)展歷史和現(xiàn)狀,最后確定飼料企業(yè)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力評(píng)價(jià)指標(biāo)體系。其次,引入因子分析的方法,重點(diǎn)收集和分析29家飼料企業(yè)的競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力情況。最后根據(jù)研究結(jié)果結(jié)合現(xiàn)實(shí)情況,對(duì)如何增強(qiáng)飼料企業(yè)的市場(chǎng)競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力提出一些建議和想法。經(jīng)過對(duì)29家飼料企業(yè)的定性和定量分析,得出企業(yè)基于各指標(biāo)的單項(xiàng)得分和綜合得分,得分較高企業(yè)說明其綜合競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力水平較高,同時(shí)單項(xiàng)指標(biāo)得分反映著企業(yè)在發(fā)展過程中的不足,針對(duì)樣本選取的飼料企業(yè)反映出的問題,從經(jīng)營(yíng)管理、人才培養(yǎng)和科技創(chuàng)新的角度提出相應(yīng)的對(duì)策,以促進(jìn)我國(guó)飼料企業(yè)的良好發(fā)展。
[Abstract]:China's feed industry started relatively late in the late 1970s. With the spring wind of reform and opening up, China has successively set up a number of feed enterprises represented by the state-owned nature, which marks the start of the feed industry in our country, and by the mid-1980s,With the further development of economy and the improvement of policy environment, feed enterprises in China have entered a stage of rapid development.Up to now, China's feed industry has made good achievements, its total feed output has leapt to the first place in the world.As an important part of China's industrial system, feed industry plays a more and more important role in promoting economic development.As the microeconomic main body in the feed industry system, feed enterprises play a very important role in the development of feed industry in China.The overall strength of feed enterprises and the strength of market competitiveness determine the development of China's feed industry to a certain extent.For an enterprise, what determines its survival and future development is its present and future market competitiveness.Therefore, the difference in competitiveness between enterprises will determine the position of enterprises in the market.For enterprises, how to improve the competitiveness of enterprises must be raised to the strategic level to study, so enterprises must grasp and make full use of internal and external resources, and constantly improve themselves in the cruel market competition.So as to maintain market competitiveness and promote the continuous development and growth of enterprises.At present, there are a lot of research directions, contents and methods used in the research of feed enterprises in the theoretical circle, but in summary they mainly focus on qualitative research, and the focus is mainly on the current situation of feed enterprises and industries.As well as the future development direction of feed enterprises and industries, put forward suggestions and countermeasures, but few quantitative research on the competitiveness of feed enterprises, so this paper focuses on the constituent factors of enterprise competitiveness.Through the introduction of factor analysis to the competitiveness evaluation system of feed enterprises, and the construction of evaluation index system and methods for the study of the competitiveness of feed enterprises, this not only enriches the theoretical research perspective on the competitiveness of feed enterprises.At the same time, feed enterprises how to improve their competitiveness has a good theoretical significance.In this paper, the idea of research on the competitiveness of feed enterprises is to first synthesize the previous research on the competitiveness of feed enterprises in the theoretical circle, on the basis of which, combined with the development history and current situation of feed enterprises in China.Finally determine the feed enterprise competitiveness evaluation index system.Secondly, factor analysis method is introduced to collect and analyze the competitiveness of 29 feed enterprises.Finally, according to the research results and the actual situation, some suggestions and ideas on how to enhance the market competitiveness of feed enterprises are put forward.Through qualitative and quantitative analysis of 29 feed enterprises, the single score and comprehensive score of the enterprise based on each index are obtained. The higher score indicates that the comprehensive competitive level of the enterprise is higher.At the same time, the single index score reflects the shortcomings of the enterprise in the process of development. In view of the problems reflected by the feed enterprises selected from the sample, the corresponding countermeasures are put forward from the perspective of management, talent training and scientific and technological innovation.In order to promote the good development of feed enterprises in China.
