【摘要】：農(nóng)業(yè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)能夠利用互聯(lián)網(wǎng)等通信技術(shù),將傳感器、控制器、移動(dòng)終端等通過新的方式聯(lián)在一起,實(shí)現(xiàn)農(nóng)業(yè)信息化的遠(yuǎn)程管理控制和智能管理,是農(nóng)業(yè)智能化發(fā)展的重要體現(xiàn)。運(yùn)營(yíng)商位于農(nóng)業(yè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的中游,在產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中牽頭兩邊,承接了上游的初始傳感設(shè)備商和下游的客戶服務(wù)端,戰(zhàn)略地位十分重要。從運(yùn)營(yíng)商入手,用SWOT矩陣對(duì)運(yùn)營(yíng)商在農(nóng)業(yè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈中的發(fā)展定位、發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、面對(duì)的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)進(jìn)行深入分析,據(jù)此提出了運(yùn)營(yíng)商在未來農(nóng)業(yè)物聯(lián)網(wǎng)發(fā)展中的戰(zhàn)略選擇,豐富了現(xiàn)有文獻(xiàn)。
[Abstract]:The agricultural Internet of things can make use of the communication technology such as the Internet of things to connect the sensors, controllers, mobile terminals and so on through new ways to realize the remote management, control and intelligent management of agricultural informatization, which is an important embodiment of the development of agricultural intelligence.Operators are located in the middle of the industrial chain of the agricultural Internet of things, leading both sides of the industrial chain to undertake the upstream initial sensor equipment and downstream customer service, strategic position is very important.Starting with the operators, this paper analyzes the development orientation, current situation, opportunities and challenges of the operators in the agricultural Internet of things industry chain with SWOT matrix, and puts forward the strategic choice of the operators in the future development of the agricultural Internet of things.It enriches the existing literature.
