【摘要】：當(dāng)前,我國生態(tài)扶貧模式面臨扶貧開發(fā)工作者綠色發(fā)展理念缺乏、減貧脫貧的短期攻堅(jiān)與生態(tài)扶貧長(zhǎng)期發(fā)展的時(shí)間周期矛盾、"金山銀山"的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益與"青山綠水"的生態(tài)環(huán)境的矛盾等問題。應(yīng)立足于綠色發(fā)展的扶貧理念,在脫貧攻堅(jiān)戰(zhàn)的生態(tài)精準(zhǔn)扶貧發(fā)展中增強(qiáng)扶貧開發(fā)工作者的綠色發(fā)展理念,注重產(chǎn)業(yè)扶貧與生態(tài)保護(hù)的有效結(jié)合,實(shí)現(xiàn)"金山銀山"減貧經(jīng)濟(jì)效益與"青山綠水"長(zhǎng)遠(yuǎn)生態(tài)保護(hù)的雙重成效,健全生態(tài)精準(zhǔn)扶貧的良性運(yùn)行機(jī)制。
[Abstract]:At present, the pattern of ecological poverty alleviation in China is faced with the lack of green development concept of poverty alleviation and development workers.The short-term problem of poverty reduction and poverty alleviation is contradictory with the time cycle of long-term development of ecological poverty alleviation, the contradiction between the economic benefits of Jinshan and silver mountain and the ecological environment of green mountains and riversWe should base ourselves on the concept of green development, strengthen the concept of green development of poverty alleviation and development workers in the process of fighting against poverty and fighting against poverty, and pay attention to the effective combination of industrial poverty alleviation and ecological protection.To realize the dual effect of "Jinshan Yinshan" and "green mountains and green waters" in reducing poverty and economic benefits, and perfect the benign operation mechanism of ecological precise poverty alleviation.
