【摘要】：隨著我國(guó)城市化進(jìn)程的加快,農(nóng)民工市民化的問(wèn)題日益受到社會(huì)的關(guān)注,成為民生領(lǐng)域的熱點(diǎn)問(wèn)題。農(nóng)民工群體為我國(guó)產(chǎn)業(yè)化的發(fā)展提供了重要的支持,然而他們工資水平低、工作時(shí)間長(zhǎng)、生活條件差卻是不爭(zhēng)的事實(shí)。目前關(guān)于農(nóng)民工市民化對(duì)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的影響方面的數(shù)理分析研究較少,本文主要從以下三個(gè)角度進(jìn)行研究:第一,運(yùn)用超越對(duì)數(shù)生產(chǎn)函數(shù)和偏最小二乘法分析農(nóng)民工對(duì)我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的貢獻(xiàn),結(jié)果表明農(nóng)民工對(duì)第二、三產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的平均貢獻(xiàn)率為8.1%,城鎮(zhèn)職工對(duì)第二、三產(chǎn)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的貢獻(xiàn)是農(nóng)民工的1.64倍;然而,城鎮(zhèn)職工的平均分享率卻是農(nóng)民工的5.52倍,而且這一差距還在繼續(xù)擴(kuò)大,農(nóng)民工未能均等地分享經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的成果;第二,通過(guò)構(gòu)建農(nóng)民工市民化的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益理論模型,運(yùn)用一般均衡的分析方法,發(fā)現(xiàn)農(nóng)民工市民化主要通過(guò)提升人力資本和城市規(guī)模從而增加人均收入、人均消費(fèi)和經(jīng)濟(jì)總量;第三,運(yùn)用“推-拉”模型構(gòu)建農(nóng)民工市民化進(jìn)程的時(shí)間序列指標(biāo)體系,測(cè)度了我國(guó)1985-2013年農(nóng)民工市民化進(jìn)程指數(shù)。并運(yùn)用農(nóng)民工市民化進(jìn)程指數(shù)數(shù)據(jù)與人均消費(fèi)和人均收入構(gòu)建VAR模型,實(shí)證分析了農(nóng)民工市民化的經(jīng)濟(jì)效益。發(fā)現(xiàn)農(nóng)民工市民化對(duì)于人均收入和人均消費(fèi)具有長(zhǎng)期的正向影響。
[Abstract]:With the acceleration of the urbanization process of our country, the issue of peasant workers' citizenship has been paid more and more attention by the society, and has become a hot issue in the field of people's livelihood.Migrant workers provide important support for the development of industrialization in China, but it is an indisputable fact that their wages are low, their working hours are long, and their living conditions are poor.At present, there are few mathematical and theoretical studies on the impact of peasant workers' urbanization on economic growth. This paper mainly studies from the following three angles: first,Using the logarithmic production function and partial least square method to analyze the contribution of migrant workers to China's economic growth, the results show that the average contribution rate of migrant workers to the economic growth of the second and third industries is 8.1, and that of urban workers to the second.The contribution of the economic growth of the third industry is 1.64 times of that of the migrant workers; however, the average share rate of urban workers is 5.52 times that of the migrant workers, and the gap continues to widen, and the migrant workers fail to share the fruits of economic development equally; second,By constructing the economic benefit theory model of peasant workers' urbanization and using the general equilibrium analysis method, it is found that the urbanization of migrant workers mainly increases per capita income, per capita consumption and total economic volume by enhancing human capital and urban scale. Third,Based on the "push-pull" model, this paper constructs the time series index system of the process of migrant workers' citizenship, and measures the index of the process of migrant workers' urbanization from 1985 to 2013 in China.Using the index data of migrant workers' urbanization process and per capita consumption and per capita income to construct VAR model, this paper empirically analyzes the economic benefits of migrant workers' urbanization.It is found that the urbanization of migrant workers has a long-term positive effect on per capita income and consumption.
