【摘要】：從我國土地細碎化現(xiàn)象與農(nóng)機化進程快速推進并存的矛盾出發(fā),利用11個省市的調(diào)研數(shù)據(jù),運用隨機效應(yīng)Probit模型、Tobit模型和沃爾德檢驗實證分析了土地細碎化背景下地塊生產(chǎn)趨同對農(nóng)戶農(nóng)機購置的影響。研究結(jié)果表明:相對于土地細碎化對農(nóng)機購置的抑制效應(yīng),不同地塊作物生產(chǎn)趨同和機耕道修筑的促進作用更為顯著,作業(yè)地塊面積而非產(chǎn)權(quán)地塊面積是農(nóng)戶農(nóng)機購置行為的主要影響因素;在地塊合并、交換、流轉(zhuǎn)等產(chǎn)權(quán)調(diào)整的交易成本比較高的情況下,只要作業(yè)地塊的面積足夠大,農(nóng)戶也有積極性購置和投資農(nóng)業(yè)機械;而隨著作業(yè)地塊面積的增加,提高農(nóng)業(yè)勞動生產(chǎn)率而非僅僅是解決勞動力短缺和便利外出打工將是農(nóng)戶購置農(nóng)業(yè)機械的主要目的。因此,在土地細碎化背景下,應(yīng)鼓勵地塊相鄰農(nóng)戶共同生產(chǎn)、改善農(nóng)業(yè)基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施等旨在推動共享地塊規(guī)模經(jīng)濟的政策取向可能更有利于提高農(nóng)戶獲取地塊規(guī)模經(jīng)濟的可得性并促進其對農(nóng)業(yè)機械的購置和投資。
[Abstract]:Starting from the contradiction between the phenomenon of fine fragmentation of land and the rapid advancement of agricultural mechanization in China, the investigation data of 11 provinces and cities are used.Using the Probit model of stochastic effect and the Wolde test, this paper analyzes the effect of land production convergence on farm machinery purchase under the background of land fragmentation.The results show that, compared with the inhibitory effect of fine land fragmentation on the purchase of agricultural machinery, the convergence of crop production in different plots and the promotion of construction of mechanized tillage roads are more significant.The working land area, rather than the property right land area, is the main influencing factor of the farmer's purchase behavior of agricultural machinery. When the transaction cost of land consolidation, exchange, circulation and other property rights adjustment is relatively high, as long as the area of the work plot is large enough,Farmers also have the initiative to purchase and invest in agricultural machinery, and with the increase of the working land area, increasing agricultural labor productivity rather than merely solving the labor shortage and facilitating migrant workers will be the main purpose of farmers to purchase agricultural machinery.Therefore, in the context of land fragmentation, adjacent farmers should be encouraged to work together.Improved agricultural infrastructure and other policies aimed at promoting economies of scale on shared plots may be more conducive to increasing the availability of land for farmers to acquire land for economies of scale and to promote their acquisition and investment in agricultural machinery.
