【摘要】：城郊失地農(nóng)民和農(nóng)民工是我國農(nóng)村勞動(dòng)力轉(zhuǎn)向城市的兩大主力軍,農(nóng)民工轉(zhuǎn)移方式可以遵循農(nóng)民到農(nóng)民工以及農(nóng)民工到市民的“中國路徑”,城郊失地農(nóng)民則是直接從農(nóng)民轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)槭忻?中間并沒有過渡階段。盡管城郊失地農(nóng)民的居住地沒變,但隨著城市開發(fā),大量企業(yè)與外來人口聚集于此,城郊失地農(nóng)民由以往的鄉(xiāng)村生活空間轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)槌鞘猩羁臻g,基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施日漸完善,居住條件與生產(chǎn)條件得到很大程度的提高,可以說這曾是以前他們身為鄉(xiāng)村人一度向往的城市生活。然而在失去土地進(jìn)入城市后,城郊失地農(nóng)民群體無論是在主觀條件上還是在客觀因素制約下,都面臨著無比艱難的困境,這種困境有時(shí)甚至超過農(nóng)民工群體。他們因失去土地而缺乏養(yǎng)老保障,因綜合素質(zhì)和專業(yè)能力低下而缺乏就業(yè)機(jī)會(huì),因社交網(wǎng)絡(luò)渠道狹窄而文娛生活單一,因思想觀念與生活方式傳統(tǒng)而與城市居民格格不入,他們即便在身份和空間上已成為了城市居民,但仍然無法真正融入城市生活,并逐漸被城市和社會(huì)的發(fā)展所邊緣化。城郊失地農(nóng)民的城市融合問題不僅僅是他們?nèi)后w自身的問題,也不能只依靠他們的力量來解決,規(guī)模龐大的城郊失地農(nóng)民城市融合問題已經(jīng)涉及到我國是否能順利實(shí)現(xiàn)現(xiàn)代化,是否能全面建成小康社會(huì)與和諧社會(huì)的關(guān)鍵。因此,無論是理論界、實(shí)踐界,還是城郊失地農(nóng)民個(gè)體、政府以及社會(huì)等,都必須將其作為一項(xiàng)重要的課題予以重視解決�；诖�,本文選擇以城郊失地農(nóng)民城市融合影響因素為研究主題,以人力資本理論、社會(huì)資本理論及就業(yè)理論為基礎(chǔ),通過問卷調(diào)查,并運(yùn)用因子分析、相關(guān)性分析、回歸分析等方法進(jìn)行實(shí)證研究,驗(yàn)證分析了影響城郊失地農(nóng)民城市融合的相關(guān)因素。研究發(fā)現(xiàn),城郊失地農(nóng)民的人力資本正向影響其城市融合,城郊失地農(nóng)民的社會(huì)資本正向影響其城市融合,城郊失地農(nóng)民的就業(yè)能力正向影響其城市融合,同時(shí)城郊失地農(nóng)民的人力資本、社會(huì)資本與其就業(yè)能力也具有正向影響作用。最后,本文提出從城郊失地農(nóng)民的人力資本、社會(huì)資本、就業(yè)能力以及政府相關(guān)政策制度方面進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)該群體的城市融合,以此供相關(guān)部門借鑒與參考。
[Abstract]:The peasants who lost their land in the suburbs and the migrant workers are the two main forces in the shift of the rural labor force to the cities. The transfer of migrant workers can follow the "Chinese path" from peasants to migrant workers and from migrant workers to citizens. The peasants who have lost land in the suburbs have changed directly from farmers to citizens, and there is no transitional stage in the middle. Although the residence of peasants who have lost land in the suburbs has not changed, However, with the development of the city, a large number of enterprises and immigrants gathered here, the peasants in the suburbs changed from the former rural living space to the urban living space, the infrastructure was gradually improved, and the living conditions and production conditions were greatly improved. It can be said that this was once the city life that they were once yearning for as rural people. However, after they lost their land and entered the city, the group of peasants who lost land in the suburbs of the city, whether under subjective conditions or under the constraints of objective factors, Are faced with extremely difficult predicaments, which sometimes exceed those of migrant workers, who have lost their land and lack security for the aged and lack of employment opportunities due to their low comprehensive quality and professional ability. Because of the narrow channels of social network and the singularity of recreational life, because of the traditional ideology and lifestyle, they are incompatible with the urban residents. Even though they have become urban residents in status and space, they still can't really integrate into urban life. And gradually marginalized by the development of the city and society. The problem of urban integration of the peasants who lost their land in the suburbs is not only their own problem, but also cannot be solved by their own strength. The problem of urban integration of land-lost peasants on the outskirts of the city has been related to whether our country can realize modernization smoothly, whether we can build a well-off society and a harmonious society in an all-round way. The individual, government and society of the peasants who have lost their land in the suburbs must be regarded as an important subject to be solved. Based on this, this paper chooses the influencing factors of the urban integration of the peasants in the suburbs as the research topic, and takes the theory of human capital as the research topic. On the basis of social capital theory and employment theory, the empirical research is carried out by means of questionnaire, factor analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis and so on. The results show that the human capital of the peasants in the suburbs has a positive effect on their urban integration, and the social capital of the peasants in the suburbs has a positive impact on their urban integration. At the same time, the human capital, the social capital and the employment ability of the peasants in the suburbs also have a positive effect. Finally, this paper puts forward that the human capital of the peasants lost in the suburbs has a positive effect on the employment ability of the landless peasants in the suburbs, and at the same time, the human capital of the peasants in the suburbs is also positively affected. Social capital, employability and government policies and systems to further promote the urban integration of this group, for the relevant departments to learn from and reference.
