【摘要】：為了解和掌握養(yǎng)豬戶環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)感知的影響因素,更好地促進(jìn)養(yǎng)豬業(yè)環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)的防控,實(shí)現(xiàn)養(yǎng)豬業(yè)綠色轉(zhuǎn)型,通過對(duì)湖北省280個(gè)規(guī)模養(yǎng)豬戶的實(shí)地調(diào)研,利用多元線性回歸模型,對(duì)養(yǎng)豬戶環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)感知的影響因素進(jìn)行了研究。結(jié)果表明:1)養(yǎng)豬戶環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)感知整體程度偏低,其中風(fēng)險(xiǎn)事實(shí)感知最高,而風(fēng)險(xiǎn)原因感知最低;2)養(yǎng)豬戶個(gè)體、經(jīng)營特征中養(yǎng)殖培訓(xùn)數(shù)量、養(yǎng)豬收入占總收入的比重、養(yǎng)殖規(guī)模以及養(yǎng)豬戶的生態(tài)環(huán)境態(tài)度和責(zé)任擔(dān)當(dāng)是影響其環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)感知的重要內(nèi)部因素;3)在外部情境因素上,糞污處理設(shè)施運(yùn)行成本、政府環(huán)境監(jiān)控的力度顯著影響其環(huán)境風(fēng)險(xiǎn)感知。因此,政府應(yīng)加強(qiáng)養(yǎng)豬戶養(yǎng)殖培訓(xùn)、鼓勵(lì)其專職養(yǎng)豬、適度擴(kuò)大養(yǎng)殖規(guī)模、加大養(yǎng)豬戶生態(tài)環(huán)境意識(shí)教育及污染責(zé)任擔(dān)當(dāng)教育、加大環(huán)境規(guī)制政策的宣傳執(zhí)行力度及糞污設(shè)施運(yùn)行的補(bǔ)貼,還應(yīng)充分鼓勵(lì)周圍農(nóng)戶對(duì)豬場污染的監(jiān)督。
[Abstract]:In order to understand and grasp the influencing factors of pig farmers' environmental risk perception, to better promote the prevention and control of pig industry environmental risks, and to realize the green transformation of pig industry, the field investigation of 280 pig farmers in Hubei Province was carried out, and the multiple linear regression model was used. This paper studies the influencing factors of environmental risk perception in pig farmers. The results show that the overall environmental risk perception of pig farmers is low, in which risk fact perception is the highest, and risk cause perception is the lowest. The number of training, the proportion of pig income to total income, the scale of farming and the ecological environment attitude and responsibility of pig farmers are the important internal factors affecting the perception of environmental risk. Therefore, the government should strengthen the training of pig farmers, encourage them to raise pigs full-time, and appropriately expand the scale of breeding. We should strengthen the education of ecological environmental consciousness of pig farmers and the responsibility of pollution, strengthen the propaganda and implementation of environmental regulation policies and subsidies for the operation of manure facilities, and encourage the farmers around to supervise the pollution of pig farms.
