【摘要】：休閑農(nóng)業(yè)最主要的目的是為了給城里人提供休閑服務,它是一種通過農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)條件和農(nóng)業(yè)景觀資源,對旅游、休閑和觀光進行開發(fā)的一種農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)經(jīng)營模式。休閑農(nóng)業(yè)能夠很好的對農(nóng)業(yè)資源進行開發(fā),通過農(nóng)業(yè)環(huán)境的改善和農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)的調(diào)整使農(nóng)民收入得到提高。休閑農(nóng)業(yè)通過對旅游資源、農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)品的大力開發(fā),結(jié)合了農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn)、藝術(shù)加工、科技應用以及游客參與農(nóng)務等,讓游客通過休閑農(nóng)業(yè)享受大自然的情趣。休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的基礎(chǔ)是農(nóng)業(yè)活動,通過結(jié)合農(nóng)業(yè)和旅游業(yè)而形成的一種交叉型產(chǎn)業(yè),也是基于農(nóng)業(yè)生產(chǎn),結(jié)合了現(xiàn)代旅游業(yè)的一種新型農(nóng)業(yè)。本文以浙江省溫州市平陽縣為典型案例,通過對平陽縣休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的SWOT分析,較系統(tǒng)研究了平陽縣在發(fā)展休閑農(nóng)業(yè)道路上取得的一些成效和發(fā)展過程中的一些不足之處,有針對性地提出一系列政策建議,比如要在全縣范圍內(nèi)加強政府主導,創(chuàng)新管理體制;加強休閑農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)品開發(fā),建立品牌形象;再者要加強休閑農(nóng)業(yè)從業(yè)人員的培養(yǎng),提高服務質(zhì)量;加強平陽縣休閑農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)的建設(shè);加強從對平陽縣休閑農(nóng)業(yè)的宣傳;堅持可持續(xù)發(fā)展理念。平陽縣休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的經(jīng)驗將有助于其它地區(qū)推進休閑農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展方式提供借鑒。
[Abstract]:The main purpose of leisure agriculture is to provide leisure services to city dwellers. It is a kind of tourism through agricultural production conditions and agricultural landscape resources. A mode of agricultural production and management for the development of leisure and sightseeing. Leisure agriculture can develop agricultural resources very well. Through the improvement of the agricultural environment and the adjustment of the agricultural economic and industrial structure, farmers' income has been raised. Through the vigorous development of tourism resources and agricultural products, leisure agriculture combines agricultural production and artistic processing. The application of science and technology, as well as the participation of tourists in agricultural affairs, enable tourists to enjoy nature's interests through leisure agriculture. The foundation of leisure agriculture is agricultural activities, and a cross-type industry formed by combining agriculture with tourism is also based on agricultural production. This paper takes Pingyang County, Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province as a typical case, and analyzes the present situation of leisure agriculture in Pingyang County, Zhejiang Province by SWOT. This paper systematically studies some achievements and deficiencies in the development of leisure agriculture in Pingyang County, and puts forward a series of policy recommendations, such as strengthening government leadership throughout the county. Innovating the management system, strengthening the development of leisure agricultural products, establishing brand image, strengthening the cultivation of leisure agriculture practitioners, improving the quality of service, strengthening the construction of leisure agriculture industry in Pingyang County; Strengthening the propaganda of leisure agriculture in Pingyang County and adhering to the concept of sustainable development. The experience of leisure agriculture development in Pingyang County will be helpful to other regions to promote the development of leisure agriculture.
