【摘要】：鄉(xiāng)村旅游精準(zhǔn)扶貧是將旅游扶貧和精準(zhǔn)扶貧相結(jié)合的產(chǎn)物,這種"造血"式扶貧在我國現(xiàn)實可行,但實踐過程中也面臨著扶貧理念缺乏可持續(xù)性、開發(fā)地并非真正貧困地、鄉(xiāng)村旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展條件評估不科學(xué)、幫扶主體單一且彼此聯(lián)系少和扶貧尚未形成干部競爭格局的尷尬境遇�？刹扇淞⒖沙掷m(xù)發(fā)展扶貧原則、提高政府識別貧困地能力、完善鄉(xiāng)村旅游產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展條件評估機制、構(gòu)建多元幫扶主體實現(xiàn)合作治理以及推行干部扶貧競爭上崗等措施消解鄉(xiāng)村旅游精準(zhǔn)扶貧的這些現(xiàn)實問題。
[Abstract]:Rural tourism poverty alleviation is a combination of tourism poverty alleviation and precision poverty alleviation. This kind of "hematopoietic" poverty alleviation is feasible in our country, but in the process of practice, it is also faced with the lack of sustainability of the concept of poverty alleviation, and the place of development is not a truly poor place. The condition evaluation of rural tourism industry development is not scientific, the main body is single and has little connection with each other, and the poverty alleviation has not yet formed the embarrassing situation of cadre competition pattern. We can adopt the principle of sustainable development to help the poor, and improve the ability of the government to identify the poor land. It is necessary to perfect the evaluation mechanism of the development conditions of the rural tourism industry, to construct the multi-help main body to realize the cooperative governance, and to carry out the measures such as the cadres to help the poor and compete to take up posts, and so on.
