【摘要】：隨著時(shí)代發(fā)展,煙草產(chǎn)業(yè)的發(fā)展與我國(guó)的經(jīng)濟(jì)息息相關(guān),煙草農(nóng)業(yè)的未來(lái)走向?qū)?duì)整個(gè)煙草產(chǎn)業(yè)產(chǎn)生很重要的影響。南雄是廣東省重要的煙葉種植產(chǎn)區(qū),南雄每年的煙葉收購(gòu)量對(duì)廣東省的整體經(jīng)濟(jì)收入都有很大的影響。但是,隨著現(xiàn)代化農(nóng)業(yè)的開(kāi)展,特別是受到種植環(huán)境、國(guó)家政策、勞動(dòng)力、交通運(yùn)輸?shù)榷喾矫嬗绊?南雄市煙草農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展受到不同程度的影響。從煙草農(nóng)業(yè)穩(wěn)步發(fā)展的方向來(lái)分析來(lái)分析南雄市煙草農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展,對(duì)南雄市發(fā)展煙草農(nóng)業(yè)提出對(duì)策和建議,對(duì)于南雄市未來(lái)的煙草農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展方向具有十分重要的意義。本文以分工理論,城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展理論,傳統(tǒng)農(nóng)業(yè)改造與轉(zhuǎn)型理論理論為基礎(chǔ),首先通過(guò)研究我國(guó)其他地區(qū)煙草農(nóng)業(yè)的發(fā)展,通過(guò)分析他們的發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,研究我國(guó)其他地區(qū)煙草農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,并從中得到借鑒與啟示。然后以地處粵北山區(qū),以煙葉種植為主的廣東省南雄市為例,主要研究以下幾方面:對(duì)南雄市煙草農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展歷程的分析、對(duì)南雄市煙草農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀的分析及實(shí)踐探索方向。對(duì)其煙草農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的有利因素和制約因素進(jìn)行剖析,有針對(duì)性的提出具體的解決對(duì)策,具有一定的借鑒意義,并通過(guò)我國(guó)其他地區(qū)和其他國(guó)家現(xiàn)代煙草農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展的比較,分析南雄市煙草農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展可得到哪些方面的借鑒與啟示。最后提出南雄市煙草農(nóng)業(yè)今后的發(fā)展對(duì)策與措施,分別從政府政策措施,人員素質(zhì)水平,配套服務(wù)體系,組織模式等幾方面闡述。
[Abstract]:With the development of the times, the development of tobacco industry is closely related to the economy of our country. The future trend of tobacco agriculture will have a very important influence on the whole tobacco industry. The annual tobacco purchase volume in Nanxiong has a great impact on the overall economic income of Guangdong Province. However, with the development of modern agriculture, especially affected by the planting environment, state policies, labor force, transportation, and so on, The development of tobacco agriculture in Nanxiong City is affected by different degrees. This paper analyzes the development of tobacco agriculture in Nanxiong City from the direction of steady development of tobacco agriculture, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the development of tobacco agriculture in Nanxiong City. This paper is based on the theory of division of labor, the theory of urban and rural development, the theory of traditional agricultural transformation and transformation. First of all, by studying the development of tobacco agriculture in other regions of China, and by analyzing the present situation of their development, the paper studies the present situation of tobacco agriculture in other regions of China, and draws lessons from it, and then it is located in the mountainous area of northern Guangdong. Taking Nanxiong City in Guangdong Province as an example, the following aspects are studied: the analysis of the development course of tobacco agriculture in Nanxiong City, Guangdong Province. This paper analyzes the current situation of tobacco agriculture development in Nanxiong city, analyzes the favorable and restrictive factors of its tobacco agriculture development, and puts forward specific solutions, which is of great significance for reference. Through the comparison of the development of modern tobacco agriculture in other regions of China and other countries, this paper analyzes what aspects of the development of tobacco agriculture in Nanxiong can be used for reference and enlightenments. Finally, it puts forward the countermeasures and measures for the development of tobacco agriculture in Nanxiong City in the future. From the government policy measures, personnel quality level, supporting service system, organizational model and other aspects.
