【摘要】：基于物質(zhì)剝奪視角構(gòu)建了農(nóng)村老年人絕對貧困形成機制框架,利用來自河南和陜西兩省216個村莊的大樣本農(nóng)戶調(diào)查數(shù)據(jù),通過五個維度的物質(zhì)剝奪指標(biāo)對農(nóng)村老年人絕對貧困進行了直接測量,并進一步系統(tǒng)考察了經(jīng)濟資源和基本需要兩個層面的因素對老年人絕對貧困的影響。結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn),農(nóng)村老年人在住房和醫(yī)療兩個維度的剝奪比例最高。傳統(tǒng)的收入貧困測量手段并不能準確識別出實際經(jīng)歷物質(zhì)剝奪的農(nóng)村貧困老年人。除了收入之外,不同類型的家庭資產(chǎn)、信貸支持、政府救助等其他經(jīng)濟資源都能有效緩解老年人物質(zhì)剝奪狀況。而獨居和負面健康沖擊則會顯著提高老年人的剝奪發(fā)生率和嚴重程度。
[Abstract]:Based on the perspective of material deprivation, this paper constructs a framework for the formation of absolute poverty among the elderly in rural areas, and makes use of the survey data of large sample farmers from 216 villages in Henan and Shaanxi provinces. The absolute poverty of the elderly in rural areas is directly measured by five dimensional indicators of material deprivation, and the effects of economic resources and basic needs on the absolute poverty of the elderly are investigated systematically. The rural elderly have the highest proportion of deprivation in the two dimensions of housing and medical care. The traditional measurement of income poverty can not accurately identify the rural poor elderly who actually experience material deprivation. In addition to income, different types of household assets, Other economic resources, such as credit support and government assistance, can effectively alleviate the situation of material deprivation of the elderly, while living alone and negative health shocks can significantly increase the incidence and severity of deprivation among the elderly.
