【摘要】：我國(guó)是農(nóng)業(yè)大國(guó),農(nóng)業(yè)作為一個(gè)弱質(zhì)性產(chǎn)業(yè),其本身存在著許多風(fēng)險(xiǎn),將農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展成為一個(gè)以市場(chǎng)為導(dǎo)向,以效益為中心的一體化產(chǎn)業(yè),為提高農(nóng)民收入,擴(kuò)大農(nóng)業(yè)市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益開(kāi)辟了一條新道路。為了提高農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)效益,有必要開(kāi)展農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化這一新型農(nóng)業(yè)發(fā)展模式。本文在文獻(xiàn)調(diào)研的基礎(chǔ)上,首先論述了招商引資和農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化的基本理論,其次研究分析了國(guó)內(nèi)外先進(jìn)國(guó)家和地區(qū)的農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展歷程并總結(jié)了農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化可供借鑒的經(jīng)驗(yàn),然后針對(duì)昌邑市農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀總結(jié)了存在的問(wèn)題并開(kāi)展了昌邑市招商引資的SWOT分析研究,最后對(duì)促進(jìn)昌邑市農(nóng)業(yè)招商引資發(fā)展的思路與對(duì)策進(jìn)行了研究。研究結(jié)果表明:阻礙農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化快速穩(wěn)定發(fā)展的最主要的因素就是缺乏資金投入,難以加大農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)化規(guī)模,因此進(jìn)行招商引資工作是昌邑市農(nóng)業(yè)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展的必由之路;昌邑市農(nóng)業(yè)的招商引資發(fā)展四個(gè)核心為:1.健全招商引資體制,制定有效的領(lǐng)導(dǎo)和監(jiān)督機(jī)制;2.加強(qiáng)招商引資隊(duì)伍的建設(shè),創(chuàng)新招商引資的方式;3.科學(xué)制定招商引資策略和發(fā)展計(jì)劃;4.優(yōu)化投資環(huán)境,提供招商服務(wù)。研究成果對(duì)昌邑市農(nóng)業(yè)的招商引資發(fā)展具有理論和實(shí)踐指導(dǎo)意義。
[Abstract]:China is a large agricultural country, agriculture as a weak industry, there are many risks in its own development of agriculture into a market-oriented, benefit-centered integrated industry, in order to improve the income of farmers, Expanding the economic benefit of agricultural market has opened a new way. In order to improve the economic benefit of agriculture, it is necessary to develop the new agricultural development mode of agricultural industrialization. First of all, it discusses the basic theory of attracting investment and agricultural industrialization, and then studies and analyzes the development course of agricultural industrialization in advanced countries and regions at home and abroad, and summarizes the experiences that can be used for reference in agricultural industrialization. Then according to Changyi agricultural industrialization development status quo summarized the existing problems and carried out Changyi City to attract investment SWOT analysis. Finally, the author studies the ideas and countermeasures to promote the development of agricultural investment in Changyi. The results show that the most important factor that hinders the rapid and stable development of agricultural industrialization is the lack of capital investment, which is difficult to increase the scale of agricultural industrialization. Therefore, the only way to develop the agricultural economy of Changyi is to attract investment. The four core of the development of investment in Changyi is: 1. Perfect the system of attracting investment. To establish effective leadership and supervision mechanism 2.Strengthening the construction of investment teams and innovating the ways of attracting investment 3.The strategy and development plan of attracting investment should be formulated scientifically and the investment environment should be optimized. The research results are of theoretical and practical significance for the development of Changyi agriculture.
