【摘要】：抗戰(zhàn)前數(shù)年間,在開(kāi)發(fā)西北和救濟(jì)農(nóng)村金融的背景下,上海銀行業(yè)在陜西開(kāi)展了以棉花產(chǎn)銷(xiāo)合作社為主要對(duì)象、以棉花產(chǎn)銷(xiāo)合作貸款為中心業(yè)務(wù)的農(nóng)貸活動(dòng)。其中,既有個(gè)別銀行的單獨(dú)活動(dòng),也有多家銀行聯(lián)合組成銀行團(tuán)共同放款的集體活動(dòng)。上海銀行業(yè)的棉花產(chǎn)銷(xiāo)合作貸款,為陜西棉花生產(chǎn)運(yùn)銷(xiāo)事業(yè)提供了一定數(shù)量的低利資金支持,對(duì)于促進(jìn)陜西棉花提高產(chǎn)量,改進(jìn)品質(zhì),以及增加棉農(nóng)經(jīng)濟(jì)收入等,發(fā)揮了積極作用,并影響和改變了陜西棉花的銷(xiāo)售模式。
[Abstract]:Several years before the War of Resistance against Japan, in the context of the development of northwest and rural finance relief, the Shanghai banking industry carried out agricultural loan activities in Shaanxi, with cotton production and marketing cooperatives as the main object and cooperative loans for cotton production and marketing as the central business. There are both individual activities of individual banks and collective activities in which a number of banks jointly form banking groups to lend money together. The cotton production and marketing cooperative loans of Shanghai banking have provided a certain amount of low-interest capital support for cotton production, transportation and marketing in Shaanxi. It has played a positive role in promoting cotton yield, improving quality and increasing economic income of cotton farmers in Shaanxi Province, and has influenced and changed the marketing pattern of cotton in Shaanxi Province.
