【摘要】：新疆生產(chǎn)建設(shè)兵團(tuán)第一師二團(tuán)位于南疆天山支脈哈拉鐵克山的南麓沙井子西南部,光熱、水利資源豐富,盛產(chǎn)棉花,是我國(guó)少數(shù)幾個(gè)能夠種植海島棉的地區(qū),也是生產(chǎn)建設(shè)兵團(tuán)種植海島棉面積最大的團(tuán)場(chǎng),海島棉常年種植面積占第一師的80%以上,兵團(tuán)的50%以上。二團(tuán)海島棉種植歷史悠久,經(jīng)過(guò)多年發(fā)展,海島棉生產(chǎn)已成為二團(tuán)經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展、農(nóng)業(yè)產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈延長(zhǎng)、職工增收重要保障。本文通過(guò)文獻(xiàn)查閱、田間調(diào)查研究、走訪調(diào)查、數(shù)據(jù)分析等方法,對(duì)農(nóng)一師二團(tuán)海島棉發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀、生產(chǎn)進(jìn)行SWOT分析(SWOT分析即為S (strengths)優(yōu)勢(shì)、W (weaknesses)劣勢(shì)、O (opportunities)機(jī)會(huì)、T (threats)威脅。下同),基本結(jié)果如下：1.二團(tuán)地區(qū)是新疆最早開(kāi)始試種海島棉的區(qū)域之一,地理?xiàng)l件得天獨(dú)厚,光熱充足,灌溉便利,人員素質(zhì)高,并隨著技術(shù)的不斷進(jìn)步與發(fā)展,形成了成熟的生產(chǎn)模式。2.二團(tuán)種植的海島棉品質(zhì)好、品種更新快、科研力量強(qiáng)、組織管理到位,促進(jìn)了海島棉產(chǎn)量的提高和種植面積的穩(wěn)定。但近幾年,海島棉產(chǎn)量提高不大、種植技術(shù)變的單一、病蟲(chóng)害日趨加重、機(jī)械化進(jìn)程緩慢、成本持續(xù)增加使得植棉面積不斷減少。所以,應(yīng)該抓住國(guó)家產(chǎn)業(yè)調(diào)整和政策的支持進(jìn)行產(chǎn)業(yè)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整,克服天氣異常、用水緊張、用工不足等因素的威脅,以穩(wěn)定種植面積,實(shí)現(xiàn)可持續(xù)發(fā)展。3.針對(duì)二團(tuán)海島棉的當(dāng)前狀況,具體的應(yīng)對(duì)措施為：轉(zhuǎn)變耕作模式,加強(qiáng)病蟲(chóng)害防治,地力提升與培肥,加快產(chǎn)、學(xué)、研一體化,加快機(jī)械化進(jìn)程,提高植棉效益,并且延長(zhǎng)海島棉產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈,穩(wěn)定產(chǎn)業(yè)體系,發(fā)展訂單生產(chǎn)。隨著科學(xué)種植技術(shù)的應(yīng)用和生態(tài)環(huán)境的改良,以及“逐步定向種植→加工→銷(xiāo)售轉(zhuǎn)變”產(chǎn)業(yè)鏈的形成、完善和國(guó)家政策的調(diào)整,二團(tuán)地區(qū)海島棉種植和發(fā)展將會(huì)迎來(lái)新的騰飛。
[Abstract]:The first and second divisions of the Xinjiang production and Construction Corps are located in the southwest of Shajingzi, the southern foot of the southern Tianshan branch of the Haraldike Mountains. They are rich in light and heat, rich in water resources and rich in cotton. They are among the few areas in our country that can grow island cotton. It is also the largest regiment for the production and construction of island cotton, which accounts for more than 80% of the first division and over 50% of the first division. The second regiment has a long history of growing island cotton, which has been developed for many years. The production of island cotton has become an important guarantee for the economic development of the second regiment, the extension of the agricultural industrial chain, and the increase of the income of the workers. The present situation of the development of the island cotton in the first division and the second regiment of agriculture has been studied by the methods of literature review, field investigation, visiting investigation, data analysis and so on. The SWOT analysis of production is one of the first areas in Xinjiang to start trial planting of island cotton. It has promoted the increase of island cotton yield and the stability of planting area. However, in recent years, the yield of island cotton has not increased much, the planting technology has become single, the disease and insect pests have become more and more serious, and the process of mechanization has been slow. The continuous increase in cost has led to the continuous decrease of cotton planting area. Therefore, we should seize the support of national industrial adjustment and policy to adjust the industrial structure to overcome the threat of abnormal weather, water shortage, and insufficient employment, so as to stabilize the planting area. In view of the current situation of Ertuan island cotton, the concrete countermeasures are: changing farming mode, strengthening pest and disease control, improving soil fertility and fertilizing, speeding up the integration of production, learning and research, and speeding up the process of mechanization. To improve the benefit of cotton planting, to extend the industrial chain of island cotton, to stabilize the industrial system and to develop the order production. With the application of scientific planting technology and the improvement of ecological environment, and the gradual directional planting. 鈫扨rocessing. 鈫扺ith the formation and perfection of the industrial chain and the adjustment of national policies, the cultivation and development of island cotton in Ertuan area will usher in a new take-off.
