【摘要】：農(nóng)民工返鄉(xiāng)創(chuàng)業(yè)是農(nóng)村社會(huì)轉(zhuǎn)型的重要構(gòu)成部分,對(duì)構(gòu)建城鄉(xiāng)一體化的經(jīng)濟(jì)社會(huì)格局具有重要意義。在對(duì)個(gè)案鄉(xiāng)鎮(zhèn)進(jìn)行深描基礎(chǔ)上,本文從創(chuàng)業(yè)動(dòng)機(jī)形成、創(chuàng)業(yè)資源獲得和創(chuàng)業(yè)模式轉(zhuǎn)型三個(gè)角度展現(xiàn)返鄉(xiāng)創(chuàng)業(yè)農(nóng)民工和鄉(xiāng)村社會(huì)的互動(dòng)機(jī)制。創(chuàng)業(yè)動(dòng)機(jī)可歸結(jié)為自我價(jià)值的實(shí)現(xiàn)和家庭生計(jì),兩種驅(qū)動(dòng)因素相互交織;創(chuàng)業(yè)資源包括創(chuàng)業(yè)機(jī)會(huì)、資金和勞動(dòng)力等三方面,其獲得機(jī)制具有"小微創(chuàng)業(yè)"的特征。當(dāng)前農(nóng)村創(chuàng)業(yè)新模式的新趨勢(shì)是"組織化創(chuàng)業(yè)",創(chuàng)業(yè)精英正在利用這種模式推動(dòng)農(nóng)村創(chuàng)業(yè)融入城市市場(chǎng)經(jīng)濟(jì)體系。
[Abstract]:Migrant workers returning home to start a business is an important part of the rural social transformation, which is of great significance to the construction of the economic and social pattern of urban and rural integration. On the basis of a deep description of individual villages and towns, this paper starts with the formation of entrepreneurial motivation. The acquisition of entrepreneurial resources and the transformation of entrepreneurial model show the interactive mechanism of returning rural migrant workers and rural society. The motivation of entrepreneurship can be attributed to the realization of self-worth and the livelihood of families, and the two driving factors are intertwined. Entrepreneurial resources include entrepreneurial opportunities, capital and labor. The new mode of rural entrepreneurship is "organized entrepreneurship", which is used by the entrepreneurial elite to promote the integration of rural entrepreneurship into the urban market economy system.
