【摘要】：貧困治理的關(guān)鍵是使貧困家庭及貧困地區(qū)獲得自身持續(xù)發(fā)展的內(nèi)生性能力,這需要通過(guò)嵌入式發(fā)展和參與式合作來(lái)實(shí)現(xiàn)。零星分散的個(gè)體為了突破力量微弱的限制,通過(guò)嵌入政治組織進(jìn)行利益博弈,嵌入經(jīng)濟(jì)組織實(shí)現(xiàn)資產(chǎn)積累,嵌入社會(huì)組織獲得社會(huì)資本,嵌入文化組織促進(jìn)素質(zhì)提升。組織與個(gè)人及組織與組織的參與式合作及競(jìng)爭(zhēng)行為,在強(qiáng)化個(gè)人嵌入式發(fā)展動(dòng)機(jī)的同時(shí),也利于激發(fā)貧困地區(qū)社會(huì)系統(tǒng)的內(nèi)生性發(fā)展動(dòng)力,從而在個(gè)體與組織的嵌入式發(fā)展、參與式合作中達(dá)成貧困治理的秩序。
[Abstract]:The key to poverty management is to enable poor families and poor areas to gain their own endogenous capacity for sustainable development, which needs to be achieved through embedded development and participatory cooperation. Through embedded political organization to carry out benefit game, embedded economic organization to realize asset accumulation, embedded social organization to obtain social capital, embedded cultural organization to promote quality improvement, organization and individual and organization and organization to participate in cooperation and competition behavior. At the same time, it is beneficial to stimulate the endogenous development power of the social system in the poverty-stricken areas, so as to achieve the order of poverty governance in the embedded development of individuals and organizations and participatory cooperation.
