【摘要】：文章采用中國(guó)家庭收入調(diào)查(CHIP)數(shù)據(jù),根據(jù)準(zhǔn)實(shí)驗(yàn)研究設(shè)計(jì)原理將初次外出的新農(nóng)民工按其擁有的社會(huì)關(guān)系與信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)差異分為7個(gè)不同情境的處理組與對(duì)照組,運(yùn)用熵均衡處理方法估算組間收入差異,以分析社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)對(duì)初次外出新農(nóng)民工收入的影響。研究結(jié)果表明,親戚關(guān)系對(duì)新農(nóng)民工的收入效應(yīng)強(qiáng)于熟人關(guān)系,但老鄉(xiāng)信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)比血緣信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)更利于新農(nóng)民工找到收入更高的工作;既有親戚關(guān)系又有老鄉(xiāng)信息網(wǎng)絡(luò)的新農(nóng)民工的平均收入比其他新農(nóng)民工高50%以上。新農(nóng)民工在初次務(wù)工城市通過(guò)強(qiáng)關(guān)系的人情資源與老鄉(xiāng)網(wǎng)絡(luò)的信息渠道實(shí)現(xiàn)就業(yè)是成本低、效率高、效果好的路徑�；谶@些結(jié)論,文章建議構(gòu)建以政府為主導(dǎo)、以企業(yè)為基石、以社區(qū)為紐帶的多元社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)支持體系,打破新農(nóng)民工傳統(tǒng)閉塞的人際交流圈,重構(gòu)其在務(wù)工城市的新型社會(huì)網(wǎng)絡(luò)。
[Abstract]:Based on the data of China Household income Survey (CHIP), according to the design principle of quasi-experimental research, the new migrant workers who went out for the first time were divided into 7 treatment groups and control groups according to their social relations and information network differences. In order to analyze the influence of social network on the income of new migrant workers when they go out for the first time, the entropy equilibrium method is used to estimate the income difference among groups. The results show that the effect of kinship on the income of new migrant workers is stronger than that of acquaintances. However, the rural information network is more conducive to the new migrant workers to find jobs with higher income than the blood information network; The average income of new migrant workers with both kinship connections and rural information network is more than 50% higher than that of other new migrant workers. It is low cost for new migrant workers to obtain employment through strong human resources and the information channels of the rural network in the first-time migrant workers' cities. Based on these conclusions, this paper proposes to build a multi-social network support system with government as the leading factor, enterprises as the foundation stone and community as the link to break the traditional interpersonal communication circle of the new migrant workers. Reconstructing its new social network in industrial cities.
