【摘要】：正貧困治理是社會精細化治理進程中的重要突破口,也是各級政府的重要工作。但隨著傳統(tǒng)方式的扶貧開發(fā)的日益深入,貧困問題呈現(xiàn)出復雜多變,扶貧難度加大,對于精準化扶貧提出了更高要求,因而要改變傳統(tǒng)意義上的輸血式扶貧,要充分利用大數(shù)據(jù)技術,依托大數(shù)據(jù)技術的數(shù)據(jù)化、動態(tài)化的特點,與精準扶貧機制全面對接,讓數(shù)據(jù)扶貧成為精準扶貧的核心技術和有效路徑。本文通過比較大數(shù)據(jù)精準扶貧方式與傳統(tǒng)扶貧方式,進而發(fā)掘適合當?shù)貙嶋H情況的扶貧脫貧的突破口,建立動態(tài)的扶貧管理體系和扶貧大數(shù)據(jù)的互聯(lián)共享機制。
[Abstract]:The governance of positive poverty is an important breakthrough in the process of fine governance of society and an important work of governments at all levels. However, with the deepening of poverty alleviation and development in the traditional way, the problem of poverty is becoming more complex and changeable, and the difficulty of poverty alleviation becomes more and more difficult. Higher requirements have been put forward for precision poverty alleviation. Therefore, in order to change the traditional sense of blood transfusion poverty alleviation, we should make full use of big data's technology, rely on the digitization and dynamic characteristics of big data's technology, and fully connect with the mechanism of precision poverty alleviation. Let the data poverty alleviation become the core technology and effective path of the precision poverty alleviation. By comparing big data's precision poverty alleviation method with the traditional poverty alleviation method, this paper will explore the breakthrough of poverty alleviation and poverty alleviation which is suitable for the local actual situation. Establish a dynamic poverty alleviation management system and poverty alleviation big data's interconnection and sharing mechanism.
