【摘要】：現(xiàn)代農(nóng)村電商人才是指為了適應(yīng)現(xiàn)代農(nóng)村商品市場的發(fā)展而從事電子商務(wù)活動的人才�，F(xiàn)代農(nóng)村電商人才精準(zhǔn)扶貧是指農(nóng)村電商人才運用電商知識對扶貧對象實施精確幫扶、精確管理并使之精確脫貧的商務(wù)活動幫助方式。它意義重大,主要表現(xiàn)在:符合國家建設(shè)小康社會的戰(zhàn)略;促進美麗新農(nóng)村建設(shè)發(fā)展;推動農(nóng)村經(jīng)濟轉(zhuǎn)型升級;幫助農(nóng)村貧困人口脫貧致富。但現(xiàn)代農(nóng)村電商人才精準(zhǔn)扶貧的意識較弱、技能較低、資源較少和環(huán)境較差,嚴(yán)重影響了精準(zhǔn)扶貧的進度和效度。只有強化農(nóng)村電商人才精準(zhǔn)扶貧的意識、提高其技能、提供其資源和改善其環(huán)境,才能在扶貧理念上標(biāo)本兼治。
[Abstract]:In order to adapt to the development of modern rural commodity market, modern rural electric merchants are talents engaged in electronic commerce activities. It is of great significance to meet the national strategy of building a well-off society; to promote the development of beautiful new countryside; to promote the transformation and upgrading of rural economy; Help the rural poor to get rid of poverty and become rich. But modern rural electricity merchants are less aware of the need to help the poor, less skilled, less resourceful and less environmental. Only by strengthening rural electric merchants' awareness of poverty alleviation, improving their skills, providing their resources and improving their environment, can the concept of poverty alleviation be dealt with at both the root and the root.
